Does Boltgun 2 work on Steam Deck?
That is not confirmed yet. At the time of writing, the game is still prerelease, and the reviewed sources do not show a Steam Deck Verified or Playable rating. It would be premature to label it Verified, Playable, or unsupported.

What are the Steam Deck controls?
The available metadata records full controller support, which is a useful sign that the game supports gamepad input. It does not document the final Steam Deck button layout, in-game remapping options, or gyro aiming. Those details should be checked in the released game rather than inferred from generic controller support.
For control reports after launch, distinguish the game’s native prompts and settings from any layout configured through Steam Input. The SteamDB record is available at SteamDB’s Boltgun 2 app information.
What performance can I expect?
No reliable Steam Deck measurements are available in the reviewed sources. There are no established Deck frame rates, resolution or graphics settings, battery-life figures, or thermal results for Boltgun 2. Performance reports for the 2023 original Boltgun should not be treated as results for this sequel.

Auroch Digital describes two playable characters, Ultramarine Malum Caedo and Sister of Battle Nyra Veyrath, alongside a branching campaign spanning more than 30 levels, 40+ new enemies, and an automap.
