Both phones have 6.77-inch, 120Hz AMOLED-type displays. Battery capacity and prices depend on region and configuration, so there is no reliable universal price winner.

Which phone has the more versatile camera setup?
vivo V60: adds a dedicated telephoto camera
The V60’s listed rear system combines a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ZEISS super-telephoto camera and an 8MP ultra-wide. The telephoto camera is the clearest hardware advantage if you want a separate camera for distant subjects or tighter framing.
Nothing Phone (4b): main and ultra-wide cameras
Nothing’s official regional specifications describe a 50MP OIS main camera and a 119° ultra-wide camera. They do not describe a dedicated telephoto camera. That is a difference in listed hardware, not proof that one phone takes better photos: the available information does not establish comparative image quality.

The cited Nothing specifications do not establish a charging wattage comparable to vivo’s 90W figure. Battery capacity and charging figures do not, by themselves, tell you how long either phone lasts in your use.
Display and processor: what the listed specs tell you
Both phones are listed with 6.77-inch displays and a 120Hz refresh rate. vivo calls its panel AMOLED; Nothing uses the name Super AMOLED. The labels and refresh rate do not establish which screen is brighter or looks better in person.
