If Vinted is not loading or you can’t log in, first check whether the problem affects only the app or also Vinted’s website. Then work through the fixes for your device and symptom below. Vinted’s US English Help Centre page displays an undated technical-issues notice, which does not confirm that Vinted is down today or in your region.
Is Vinted down today, or is the problem on your device?
Vinted’s loading help page carries this notice: “At this moment, we are experiencing technical issues with Vinted platform. We’re aware of the issues and working on fixing it. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.” The page does not date the notice, so it cannot establish whether an outage is active now. Check Vinted’s loading help page and try the website as well as the app. If both have the same issue, mention that when contacting support; it is useful diagnostic information, but does not by itself prove a platform-wide outage.

Try these fixes if the Vinted app is not working or loading
- Compare the app with the website. Open Vinted in a browser. Note whether the problem happens in the app, on the website, or both.
- Restart your device. Close Vinted and restart your phone or computer, then try again.
- Check for an operating-system update. Vinted’s help page listed iOS 16 or later and Android 9 or later when accessed. Requirements can change; check the current app-store listing for compatibility with your device.
- Update Vinted. Open your device’s official app store and install an available Vinted update.
- Reinstall the app if needed. Vinted says reinstalling does not remove account information, but you will need to sign in again. Make sure you can access the account’s original sign-in method before doing this.
- On Android, clear Vinted’s app data or cache. Open your device’s Settings, find Vinted under Apps, and use the storage option to clear its data or cache. Exact menu names vary by Android device. This step applies to Android, not iPhone.

If Vinted is not loading in a browser
Vinted says its website works best in Chrome or Safari. Try one of those browsers, then:

- Clear the browser’s cache and cookies.
- Update the browser, close and reopen it, and restart the computer.
- Temporarily check whether an ad-blocking or antivirus browser extension is preventing parts of the site from loading.
If the website works but the app does not, focus on the app update, device restart, and app-specific steps above. If neither works, include that distinction in a support request.
“I can’t log in to my account”: use the original sign-in method
Vinted advises using the same route you used when registering. Check that you are on the correct regional Vinted site and, if using email, enter the address associated with the account. If you originally used Facebook, Google, or Apple, try that sign-in option rather than assuming the account has a separate password.

- Apple Hide My Email: Choose “Continue with Apple.” The account may be associated with an Apple private relay address ending in
@privaterelay.appleid.com. - Password needed: Use Vinted’s forgotten-password flow and check your spam folder for the reset email. If no reset email arrives, confirm you entered the registered address and contact support if you remain unable to recover access.
- Account or verification message: A hold, phone-verification request, suspicious-activity lock, or block may require account-specific action. Follow the official recovery instructions rather than creating a duplicate account.

Complete email verification through the Vinted app or official website flow. Vinted says access may become restricted if required email verification is incomplete. You suspect someone else accessed your account
Contact Vinted promptly. If you can still access the account, review its email and login activity, log out unknown devices, change the password, and enable two-step verification. You see an IP-block message
An IP block is different from an account block. Vinted lists possible reasons including sharing an IP address with someone whose IP was blocked, accessing from a country where Vinted is unavailable, or an IP block related to illegal, fraudulent, or offensive activity.
