Where to find Urban Fresh Mart
Look in the West Incursion Zone, between the Museum of Curiosities and the House of Mirrors. Check the zone map and confirm the storefront when you reach the area. This location and route are described in walkthroughs by NerdsChalk and All Things How.

How to solve the register code
- Inside the shop, inspect the soda dispenser and note its four flashes: 3, 1, 2, 1.
- Read the counter note titled “Reversed Drink Order.” It tells you to reverse the sequence rather than enter it as shown.
- Enter 1213 at the cash register. The lights show 3121, but that is the clue sequence, not the code to enter.
What the register opens and where to find the reward
After the register accepts the code, go through the opening behind the counter and descend the stairs to the underground hideout. Walkthroughs report a Health Upgrade Point in the basement area. They differ on whether it is in a crate or described as a pickup in a meeting room, so inspect the room rather than relying on a specific container description.
