The Armor 30 Pro is the premium dual-screen, large-battery model; the Armor X32 Pro is the balanced 5G option; and the Armor X32 is the lower-cost 4G version. The X32 phones were announced on March 31, 2025, while Ulefone listed April 14, 2025 as the on-sale date for the X32 series and Armor 30 Pro. Current U.S. store prices observed August 16, 2026 are $549.99, $289.99 and $219.99 respectively.
Quick verdict
- Buy the Armor 30 Pro for the largest battery, fastest charging, dual screens, higher-end processor and 512GB storage.
- Buy the Armor X32 Pro for the best balance of 5G, night vision, NFC, 256GB storage and price.
- Buy the Armor X32 only if 4G is sufficient and the lowest purchase price matters most.
The X32 Pro is the practical midpoint for most buyers. The Armor 30 Pro is a specialist rugged phone, not simply a larger X32: it is heavier, thicker and much more expensive.
When did the three phones launch?
These models were part of one sales cycle, but not one simultaneous announcement. Ulefone announced the Armor X32 Pro and Armor X32 on March 31, 2025, in its Armor X32 Series announcement. A separate Armor 30 Pro launch page included the 30 Pro and X32 series in an April rollout.
- March 31, 2025: Armor X32 Pro and Armor X32 announcement.
- April 14, 2025: Listed on-sale date for the Armor 30 Pro and X32 series.
- April 14–20, 2025: Introductory launch-promotion period advertised by Ulefone.
Ulefone advertised introductory prices starting at $379.99 for the Armor 30 Pro, $179.99 for the X32 Pro and $129.99 for the X32. Those were promotions, not universal U.S. launch MSRPs: taxes, tariffs, retailer, region and configuration affected the final amount.

Armor 30 Pro: the premium rugged model
What sets it apart
The Armor 30 Pro combines a 6.95-inch 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED main display with a 3.4-inch secondary screen on the back. Ulefone markets it as the “world’s first truly dual-screen rugged phone”; that is a company claim, not an independently established industry record. The rear display can make status checks and selected controls convenient, but it adds bulk and cost.
Battery, performance and storage
Its 12,800mAh battery is more than twice the X32 models’ capacity. 66W wired charging and 10W reverse charging are useful on worksites or on extended trips. The Dimensity 7300X is the highest-tier platform in this comparison. Ulefone lists 16GB physical RAM plus up to 16GB virtual RAM and 512GB storage; “32GB RAM” therefore does not mean 32GB of physical memory.

Cameras, sound and trade-offs
The camera system pairs 50MP main and ultrawide cameras with a 64MP infrared night-vision sensor. Ulefone also lists a 118dB/4W speaker system and Infinite Halo lighting. The same large battery and dual-screen construction make this the heaviest and least pocket-friendly choice; the official store price observed August 16, 2026 was $549.99.
Armor X32 Pro: the value 5G choice
Core specifications
- MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (6nm), up to 2.4GHz.
- 8GB physical RAM plus up to 8GB virtual memory; 256GB storage and microSD support up to 2TB.
- 5.65-inch 90Hz IPS LCD, 720×1440 resolution and up to 600 nits.
- 5,500mAh battery with 18W charging.
- 280g; 163.4 × 80.8 × 14.5mm.
- Dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/BeiDou/QZSS, USB-C 2.0 and 3.5mm headphone jack.
- Rear video recording up to 2K at 30fps.
Its 64MP Sony IMX682 main camera, 25MP Sony IMX550 infrared night-vision camera, 2MP macro camera and 16MP selfie camera give it a stronger stated camera package than the X32. Megapixel counts alone do not establish image quality; sensor size, processing, focus and infrared illumination still matter.
At $289.99 observed August 16, 2026, it costs roughly half as much as the Armor 30 Pro while retaining 5G, NFC, expandable storage and night vision. The compromises are a basic HD+ LCD, modest 18W charging and substantially less battery capacity.

Armor X32: the budget 4G option
The X32 uses the Helio G91 and 4G rather than the X32 Pro’s Dimensity 6300 and 5G. Ulefone’s announcement lists a 48MP main camera, 20MP infrared night-vision camera, 2MP macro camera, 16MP front camera, 5,500mAh battery and up to 12GB RAM with 128GB storage. The RAM headline includes expansion terminology in Ulefone’s marketing, so verify how much is physical on the exact SKU.
It retains the rugged X32 design, infrared night vision and a dedicated flashlight, while costing $219.99 in Ulefone’s collection on August 16, 2026. Choose it when 4G coverage is adequate and the lower price outweighs the X32 Pro’s faster chipset, higher-resolution cameras, 5G and larger storage.
Durability and water-resistance limits
Ulefone lists the X32 Pro as IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810H rated. The company’s pages disagree on the IP68 immersion figure (1.5 versus 1.8 meters for 30 minutes); the conservative figure is 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. MIL-STD-810H is Ulefone’s stated rating, not proof that the phone independently passed every procedure in that military standard.

- IP testing is laboratory protection, not immunity to every liquid, impact or worn seal.
- Ulefone says resistance can decline with normal wear.
- Chargers and accessories are not water-resistant.
- Do not charge after exposure until the phone and port are completely dry; Ulefone excludes liquid damage from warranty coverage.
The Armor 30 Pro and X32 share the rugged-phone design intent, but the cited materials do not establish identical test conditions for every model.
Software versions are not synchronized
The detailed X32 Pro specification page lists Android 14, while Ulefone’s current 2026 Armor X collection pages advertise Android 16 for the X32 series. The Armor 30 Pro store page says it shipped with Android 14 and was expected to receive Android 15 in Q3 2025. These entries may describe different production batches, regions or updated listings.
Before ordering, ask the seller for the exact regional SKU’s installed Android version and update status. Do not assume an Android 16 listing means every retail unit has that build or that future updates are guaranteed.

Network and carrier checklist for U.S. buyers
- Confirm that the exact model is the intended network version: X32 is 4G-only; X32 Pro and Armor 30 Pro are 5G.
- Compare the SKU’s LTE and 5G bands with your carrier. The X32 Pro listing includes U.S.-relevant bands such as 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 17, 25, 26, 66 and 71, plus several sub-6GHz 5G bands.
- Ask the carrier or seller whether the device is approved for VoLTE and 5G on your account. Band overlap alone does not guarantee calling or data service.
- Check regional firmware, dual-SIM behavior, return terms and warranty coverage before opening the phone.
Which model should you buy?
Choose Armor 30 Pro when
- You need maximum battery capacity, 66W charging or reverse charging.
- The rear display, 512GB storage or higher-tier processor has a real workflow benefit.
- You accept a large, heavy handset and premium price.
Choose Armor X32 Pro when
- You require 5G but want to stay near the $300 price range.
- Night vision, NFC, 256GB storage and microSD expansion matter.
- A 5.65-inch 720×1440 LCD and 18W charging are acceptable.
Choose Armor X32 when
- You need the least expensive rugged option and 4G is sufficient long term.
- The lower-resolution cameras and Helio G91 performance meet your needs.
Buying cautions
- Infrared night vision is not thermal imaging.
- The claimed 600-lumen flashlight output is a manufacturer specification, not an independent measurement.
- Cases, holsters, mounts and screen protectors add cost and bulk.
- Rugged construction typically means greater thickness, weight and bezels than mainstream phones at similar prices.
- Prices and software listings checked August 16, 2026 are snapshots, not permanent guarantees.
