The UBON SW-211 Maxfit is a screenless fitness band that sends its metrics to the Da Halo app. Digit reviewer Ashish Singh found the display-free experience increasingly appealing, but felt the limited context around some health readings, basic workout summaries and occasional sync problems made the data harder to use. His review is one person’s hands-on assessment, not a controlled accuracy test.
What it is like to use a fitness band with no screen
The Maxfit has no display, so you cannot glance at your wrist for metrics or notifications; Da Halo is where the information appears. Singh initially missed having a screen, then found the quieter wrist experience soothing. As he put it, “In fact, the screenless approach ended up being one of my favourite things about Maxfit.”

The trade-off is deliberate: you check information in the app when you want it rather than having it presented on your wrist. Singh found Da Halo clean and easy to navigate, and liked its Daily Recovery score as a simple snapshot. That positive impression did not extend to every metric: he found the stress score unconvincing during his testing.
How useful are the sleep and health readings?
Sleep
Da Halo showed awake time, sleep latency, sleep efficiency and sleep timing. Singh’s sleep score generally landed between 65 and 80 during his testing. He found the display understandable, but more descriptive than explanatory: it showed what had happened without giving much reason or context for the result.

Singh said the broad sleep picture sometimes resembled what he saw on an Apple Watch Series 12, but he trusted the Apple Watch more when readings differed. That is his individual comparison, not a validation of either device.
Heart-rate variability
Singh observed Maxfit HRV readings around 21–25 ms, compared with roughly 50 ms on his Apple Watch Series 12. Those figures should not be treated as a direct accuracy comparison: devices can differ in measurement methods, timing and algorithms. The clearer criticism is that Da Halo did not give him enough context to interpret the Maxfit number confidently.
Other measurements
In Singh’s comparisons, day-to-day and resting heart-rate readings were generally close to his Apple Watch readings, with more difference during exercise. Blood oxygen readings were broadly similar, while steps and calories were reasonably close but not identical. On one walk of roughly 2,000 steps, he reported a difference of around 200 steps. These are observations from one reviewer under unspecified conditions, not general error rates.

Are workouts detailed, and does syncing work reliably?
UBON advertises more than 100 sports modes, but Singh found the workout records basic rather than deeply analytical. He also encountered delayed syncing or occasions when data did not appear. A large mode count therefore does not, by itself, tell you how much detail you will get after a workout or how consistently it will reach the app.
Comfort, sleep wear and water exposure
Singh described the strap as decent, but said it stayed wet after bathing and could feel itchy if he put the band back on immediately. He also found the underside sensors somewhat bulky, making the band less comfortable to wear during sleep. These are his personal comfort observations; the review does not establish a water-resistance rating.

UBON claims up to 30 days of active use and up to 60 days on standby, as reported by Digit. Singh could not verify the full 30-day active-use claim during the review period. He observed the battery fall from 100% to 48% after roughly a week, then rise to 68% after around 20–25 minutes of charging from a laptop. Those shorter figures describe his experience, not a repeatable battery test.

Price and whether it is worth buying
Digit described the review price as around ₹6,000, while UBON’s storefront listing showed ₹6,999 when observed in 2026. These are different source figures, and prices can change; check the current Indian price before buying. Singh’s verdict was to wait for a price drop.
The Maxfit makes the most sense if you specifically want a display-free wrist experience and are comfortable opening an app for your metrics. If your main reason to buy is trustworthy, well-explained health insights or detailed workout analysis, Singh’s review points to a weaker fit: some readings lacked interpretation, workout records were basic, and syncing was not always smooth. The evidence available here is one reviewer’s experience; it does not establish population-level accuracy or clinical validation.
