Does NTORQ 125 Bluetooth work with an iPhone?
Yes. TVS’s TVS Connect pairing guide includes instructions for both Android and iPhone, and the owner manual describes connecting the instrument cluster to either type of phone. Pairing is done through the TVS Connect app and Bluetooth. The manual’s procedure is to turn on the scooter, open the app, choose Connect, select the cluster, and complete pairing. The manual version reviewed lists Android KitKat 4.4 or later, iOS 11 or later, and Bluetooth 4.0 or later, while warning that not every smartphone is compatible.

Those are requirements in that manual, not a guarantee that every phone will work with every model year or app release. The current Apple App Store listing for TVS Connect identifies NTORQ 125 among supported SmartXonnect vehicles and currently requires iOS 16 or later. App requirements can change, so check the listing and the manual for the exact scooter you are considering.
Pairing behavior and Android-only features
The manual reviewed says multiple Android phones can be auto-paired with one cluster, but only one iPhone can be auto-paired at a time. To switch to another iPhone, forget the previously paired device in the iPhone’s Bluetooth settings. For repeat iPhone pairing, the manual says the TVS Connect app should be open or running in the background.

Some functions in the older manual, including SMS alerts and auto-reply SMS, are identified as Android-only. That restriction applies to those features; it does not make Bluetooth pairing itself Android-only. TVS’s guide and Apple’s listing describe connected functions such as navigation assistance, caller information, notifications, vehicle information, and ride statistics, but exact features can vary by phone, app, variant, region, and model year.
Is Matte Red available on the BS-VI NTORQ 125?
Matte Red appears in a historical TVS BS-VI launch release for Nepal, alongside Metallic Grey, Metallic Red, and Metallic Blue. That establishes that TVS listed the color in that Nepal-market context; it does not establish current availability in India or another country. A separate TVS market page for Africa also lists Matte Red, underscoring that colors vary by market.

TVS’s 2026 India lineup article lists five variants and their colors. Matte Red is not among the colors listed there.

When will a BS-VI Matte Red model be available?
TVS’s reviewed official material does not announce a future BS-VI Matte Red launch or restock date. The older Nepal release is not a promise that the color will return, and the 2026 India article does not give a date for a future color change. The practical next step is to ask an authorized TVS dealer in your market to check current and prior-year stock.
What to confirm before paying a booking amount
- The scooter’s exact model year and market, and whether the specific unit is BS-VI.
- The variant, instrument cluster, and whether it has SmartXonnect Bluetooth connectivity.
- The official paint name and colorway on the unit’s documentation; do not rely on a similar-sounding red name.
- Whether your phone and operating-system version are compatible with the TVS Connect app and that scooter’s cluster.
- Whether the unit is physically in stock, plus its delivery timing, warranty, ex-showroom price, and on-road price for your city.
TVS city pages provide location-specific indicative prices and note that on-road prices can vary at invoicing. Ask the dealer for a current, itemized quote for your location rather than relying on a price from another city.
