The tablet is the TCL NXTPAPER 14, a 256GB model with a 14.3-inch paper-like display. TCL North America announced it at $329.99 for Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, which run October 6–7, 2026. Today is the last day. The “30% off” label holds up only against TCL’s own reference price, so check which price you’re comparing.
What the deal is, and where the 30% comes from
TCL’s US product page showed $329.99 next to a $469.99 reference price when checked on October 7. That is a gap of $140, or about 29.8%, so “30% off” is fair on TCL’s numbers. That page is TCL’s own store listing. It does not prove what Amazon uses as its list price.

Tom’s Guide reported a different Amazon price on October 2: $349, down from $459. That works out to about 24% off, and the price is $19 higher than TCL’s announced figure. The two reports differ in date, seller and reference price. Neither is a live confirmation, so the Amazon listing you see at checkout is the one that counts.

What you’re buying
The NXTPAPER 14 is a large-format tablet. TCL pitches it for drawing, note-taking and multitasking, and it works with a stylus. It is not the 11-inch NXTPAPER 11 or the Note A1.
#1 Best Overall
- Tablet, Drawing Pad, Digital Notebook & Musician Tablet – All-in-One: The TCL NXTPAPER 14 combines creativity, productivity, and entertainment in a single device. Its 14.3" 2.4K screen and 4096-level T-PEN stylus make it easy for students, artists, musicians, and everyday users to draw, take notes, read, view sheet music, and enjoy media
- Paper-Like Display for Eye Comfort: Featuring NXTPAPER 3.0 technology, the display reduces glare, filters blue light, and supports DC dimming for comfortable, extended viewing. The Eye Care Assistant adjusts brightness and color temperature automatically and reminds breaks to reduce eye strain
- Seamless 3-in-1 Display Modes: With the NXTPAPER Key, the TCL NXTPAPER 14 tablet lets you switch display modes effortlessly. Standard Mode is crisp for everyday tasks, Color Paper Mode brings comics and digital art to life, and Ink Paper Mode provides a natural reading and writing experience
- Powerful Performance & Multi-Window Productivity: Powered by MediaTek Helio G99 and Android 15, TCL electronics tablets provide 256GB storage and 8GB RAM, plus 8GB expandable memory for smooth multitasking and study or creative apps. Supports screen mirroring, extended display, floating windows, and split-screen. Note: Built-in storage only; microSD not supported
- Large Battery with Fast & Reverse Charge: Power through your day with the TCL NXTPAPER 14 Android tablet’s 10,000mAh battery—fully recharged in about 2–3 hours under optimal conditions with 33W fast charging. Reverse charging lets you power your phone or earbuds anytime. Note: Charger not included
Listed specifications
- Display: 14.3-inch paper-like screen
- Storage: 256GB, with virtual RAM expansion (TCL Global)
- Processor: MediaTek Helio G99
- Battery: 10,000mAh, with 33W PD charging
The Helio G99 is a mainstream chip, not a flagship one. The screen and the pen are what you’re paying for. Expect the tablet to suit reading, sketching and note-taking better than demanding games or heavy editing. That is an inference from the chip class, not a benchmark result.
What’s in the box
TCL’s US product page says the package includes the tablet, a stylus and a flip case. That describes the TCL.com bundle. Amazon sells by SKU and seller, so confirm on the Amazon listing that the pen and case are included before assuming they are. If they aren’t, add their cost to the price.

Before you buy
- Search Amazon for “TCL NXTPAPER 14 tablet” and open the 256GB listing.
- Check that the seller is TCL or Amazon, and that the item is in stock.
- Compare the price with the $329.99 on TCL.com. If Amazon is higher, the TCL.com offer is the better deal, though it is a separate offer with its own terms.
- Read the package contents for the stylus and flip case.
- Confirm the 14.3-inch size and 256GB capacity in the title or specifications.
Comparing it with other TCL tablets in the sale
TCL’s announcement also names the NXTPAPER 11 Plus and the Note A1 for the same event. It gives too little spec detail to rank them against the NXTPAPER 14. If you’re undecided, compare them on screen size and display type, storage, included pen and case, and price at the same retailer on the same day. The main trade-off is size. A 14.3-inch tablet gives you a big canvas, and it is also bulkier to carry.

At $329.99 the NXTPAPER 14 is a fair price for a big paper-like screen with a pen, if the Amazon listing matches TCL’s offer and includes the accessories. If Amazon shows $349 or more, the saving is closer to a quarter than a third.
