Its playful design comes with practical strengths—up to 100W maximum output and three USB-C ports—but it is not a universal fit: cables are sold separately, its prongs do not fold, and the display can be hard to see from some angles. Whether it suits you depends on how many devices you charge and how much power they need.
What makes the UGREEN Uno different?
Instead of a plain status light, the Uno has a screen that gives the charger a face. In TechRadar’s review, it showed joyful, surprised and flushed expressions, an eating animation while charging, and a “cool” emoji when a device was fully charged. It is a small bit of personality, not a replacement for checking your device’s battery status.

The display also has a practical drawback: reviewer Harry Padoan found it could be brighter, and the screen may be difficult to read from awkward viewing angles. If you plan to place the charger behind furniture or low on a wall, the animation may be less useful.

Ports and power: what can it charge?
TechRadar’s January 2025 review lists a 100W total maximum output and four ports: three USB-C and one USB-A. The review says either of the top two USB-C ports can deliver up to 100W when used individually. Available output varies with how many ports are occupied and what the connected devices require, so the 100W figure is not a promise that every connected device will receive that much power at once.
#1 Best Overall
- Groovy Robot Design: UGREEN creative series charger, robot shape, TFT screen upgraded from LED, so it shows more interesting expressions according to different charging status. Its feet are magnetic which can be stuck to the laptops without losing it( Note: The expression will only appear when the power is on.)
- 100W Fast charging: This GaN charger charges your MacBook Pro M3 2025 16-inch from 0 to 43% in just 30 minutes through a single USB-C port and charges your iPhone 17 from 0 to 55% in just 20 minutes through a single USB-C port
- Charge 4 devices at once: 3 USB C ports and 1 USB A port provide up to 100W to phones, tablets, laptops, and more, all at the same time fast charging
- 8 Levels of Safety Protection: The 100W USB C charger is equipped with PWM chip and synchronous rectification chip, the power supply works efficiently, and also has overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, short circuit, overtemperature and other protections
- Wide Compatibility: This robot charger block is compatible with iPhone 8-17 Series, Galaxy S10-S26 Series, Pixel 10/9/8/7/6, MacBook Air/Pro/Neo, iPad Pro/Air/mini, Watch 11/10/9/se, HomePod, AirPods Pro, and more
That mix can work well for a desk or bedside setup with a laptop, phone and other accessories. But check the power requirement for your particular laptop or phone, and remember that port count alone does not establish how much power each device will receive during simultaneous charging.
What the review’s charging test does—and doesn’t—show
Padoan reported charging a Samsung Galaxy A35 to full in about 90 minutes while three other devices were connected to the remaining ports. That is one reviewer’s result with that phone and setup, not a guaranteed charging time for other phones, devices or charging conditions.

Fit, travel and what’s in the box
The review reports dimensions of 2.05 × 1.93 × 3.23 inches (52.1 × 49 × 82 mm). The prongs do not fold. A removable cover forms the robot’s lower half and covers the prongs, but that is not the same as foldable prongs. TechRadar also notes that charging cables are not included, so factor in compatible cables if you do not already have them.
Before buying, check the local plug version and the space available at your outlet. The available review does not establish that every regional variant has the same physical design or availability.

Is it worth choosing over a simpler charger?
TechRadar’s review-era list price was $59.99 / £55.99 when the review appeared on 17 January 2025; those are historical figures, not current quotes. Padoan called it “one of the best wall chargers on the market,” while also noting that people on a tight budget or charging only a phone can spend less. Check the current price for your country, exact product variant, stock and any sale dates before deciding. A deal headline alone is not enough to establish a live price.
The Uno makes most sense if you value its animated display, want several ports in one wall charger, and have a device that can benefit from its higher maximum output. If you mostly charge a phone, do not need four ports, or would rather avoid paying for the display, a simpler charger may be a better match.

How the documented alternatives compare
| Charger | Maximum output | Ports | Display | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UGREEN Uno Charger 100W | 100W, as reported by TechRadar’s 2025 review | 3× USB-C, 1× USB-A | Animated face and charging-related expressions | Multiple devices, including a higher-power device |
| UGREEN Nexode RG 65W | 65W, as described by TechRadar | 2× USB-C, 1× USB-A | Fun display | Several connections with a lower maximum output than the Uno |
| Anker Nano 45W Smart Display Charger | 45W, as described by TechRadar | 1× USB-C | Animated blob plus charging information | A smaller, single-device setup that does not need multiple ports |
TechRadar’s comparison pages describe the UGREEN Nexode RG 65W and Anker Nano 45W Smart Display Charger. The Anker’s display is a different take on the idea: MobileSyrup writer Jonathan Lamont reported that it can show charging speed, temperature data and battery level, and noted that it has only one port. Those are observations about the Anker, not the UGREEN Uno.
