Regenerine is described as restoring a significant amount. The guide does not quantify how much more it restores than Dolorocide.
Lifesaver Kit for a full recovery
The Lifesaver Kit is the only one of the three described as restoring health completely. Its full-recovery effect is most useful when you are missing enough health to benefit from it.
How utility consumables fit in
Night Ore recharges Night Shade
Night Ore serves a separate utility role rather than restoring health. The cited guide does not specify how much Night Shade charge one unit restores.

E.R.C. Activator Pen opens a crate
The pen is a disposable key for a high-security Emergency Relief Crate, not a source of health on its own. The guide does not establish where pens or crates appear.
Inventory context and items not to confuse with healing
The official PlayStation game description highlights supply gathering, inventory management, upgrades, and returning through unlocked shortcuts. A PC Gamer launch review from August 2026 describes limited inventory space shared among weapons, consumables, quest objects, and crafting items, and notes that healing can involve crafting herbs and chemicals. This is useful context for weighing what to carry, but it does not establish a specific inventory rule for any of the five items above.
Dream Essence is a Talent progression resource, not a healing item, according to the item guide. The official Steam listing for The Arkham Field Kit says its resource pack includes ammunition, healing, and crafting items, but does not name the healing items in that pack. The add-on also includes outfits and three Dream Essence; those downloadable contents are separate from the five consumables listed here.
