The Crew Motorfest’s map spans four named Hawaiian islands: Oʻahu, Maui, Kauaʻi, and Niʻihau. They offer different scenery and activities, but access is not identical: Niʻihau’s environment and activities require the Year 4 Pass or the standalone Tomb Raider DLC pack. Ubisoft confirms that fast travel exists, but its current menu steps and destination rules are not documented in the official sources cited here.
Is “regions” a separate map system?
Ubisoft describes the world through islands, landscapes, and locations rather than a fixed in-game taxonomy of regions. For navigation, think first of the islands and their terrain, then use map markers and Playlists to find events and challenges within them.

What activities appear on the map?
Playlists: themed event sequences
Ubisoft describes Playlists as short thematic campaigns made up of tailored races, themed events, and unique challenges. They are a useful way to find a focused set of activities rather than treating every map marker as part of one undifferentiated checklist. The starting guide explains this structure.

Map markers can point to additional activities beyond Playlist events. Ubisoft’s examples include slaloming around cones, driving through a timed speed challenge, and flying through hoops. These activities make use of different vehicle types and skills, so check a marker’s activity before setting out.

Seasonal additions
The activity mix changes over time. Ubisoft’s Season 9 overview includes NASCAR and RC Frenzy Playlists and a Kahoʻolawe-based playground; its Season 10 overview describes the Motorfest Late Show and Hawaii Grand Tour. How to move between islands
For Oʻahu and Maui, Ubisoft documents three travel modes: sea, air, and land via the connecting bridge network. The bridge and surrounding area are more than a transit route; Ubisoft identifies them as a playground for activities such as Grand Race and feats. Fast travel: what is confirmed
Fast travel exists in The Crew Motorfest: Ubisoft’s Season 7 patch notes refer to a bug in which a boat could end up below ground after a fast travel. That confirms the feature, but not the current procedure. The official sources cited here do not specify the exact map-menu steps, which destinations qualify, or what unlocks fast travel. Do not confuse fast travel with Fast Fav. Fast Fav changes the selected vehicle; Ubisoft’s starting guide says it can be used while travelling on roads, in the air, or across the ocean. It is a vehicle-selection feature, not a way to jump to another map location. Ubisoft’s starting guide
