TD SYNNEX’s AI Game Plan Workshop Helps Partners Turn AI Ideas Into a 90-Day Plan

TD SYNNEX AI Game Plan is a partner-led workshop for turning a customer’s broad interest in artificial intelligence into a short list of practical initiatives and a 90-day implementation roadmap. Announced in ITPro’s ChannelPro coverage on 17 December 2025, it forms part of TD SYNNEX’s Destination AI enablement framework.

What TD SYNNEX AI Game Plan is

AI Game Plan is a structured value-add service that TD SYNNEX provides through channel partners. It is not a consumer AI application or a software product that customers buy and deploy on its own. The workshop is intended to help partners lead more disciplined conversations with enterprise and mid-market organizations about where AI can produce measurable business value.

TD SYNNEX chief strategy and technology officer Sergio Farache described the problem the workshop addresses: “One of the biggest challenges to effectively leveraging AI is prioritizing and defining where to use it within the business and how to maximise the return on these investments.”

The stated aim is to move customers from general curiosity about AI to decisions about specific, achievable work.

How the workshop works

The reported method has three phases: discovery, scoring and activation. Each phase narrows the discussion from business needs to an executable first step.

Phase What happens Decision or output
Discovery The partner and customer identify organizational pain points, business priorities and possible AI use cases. A pool of candidate opportunities tied to the customer’s business.
Scoring Candidate use cases are assessed for feasibility, potential impact and strategic alignment. A ranked view of which opportunities deserve attention first.
Activation The highest-value opportunities are selected and translated into near-term action. Two or three prioritized AI initiatives and a tailored 90-day implementation roadmap.

Discovery: start with business problems

Rather than beginning with a list of tools, the workshop asks where the organization is experiencing friction or missed opportunity. Those pain points become the basis for identifying potential AI applications. The approach is designed to keep the conversation tied to the customer’s operating context instead of treating AI as a generic technology upgrade.

Scoring: make trade-offs explicit

Each proposed use case is considered against three stated criteria:

  • Feasibility: whether the organization has the data, systems, skills and operational conditions needed to pursue the idea.
  • Impact: the likely business benefit if the use case works, such as improved efficiency, service or decision-making.
  • Strategic alignment: how closely the opportunity supports the customer’s broader priorities.

The scoring step is intended to prevent every idea from being treated as equally urgent. It gives the partner and customer a shared basis for deciding what to investigate or implement first.

Activation: leave with a defined first 90 days

The workshop concludes with a shortlist of two or three high-value initiatives and a tailored 90-day roadmap. That deliverable gives the customer a limited starting portfolio rather than an unbounded AI wish list. The announcement does not specify a universal set of milestones, technologies or staffing requirements for the 90-day period; those details are tailored during the engagement.

What Destination AI contributes

Destination AI is TD SYNNEX’s broader AI enablement framework for partners. AI Game Plan sits within that framework as a repeatable workshop that helps partners identify and prioritize customer opportunities. The framework includes partner progression tiers, and the launch coverage identifies AI Ready and AI Expert as the tiers most relevant to this workshop because they focus on finding and developing AI opportunities.

The announcement does not establish that every partner in every region can book the workshop, nor does it publish pricing, registration steps or a geographic availability list. Partners should confirm those terms with TD SYNNEX before promising the service to a customer.

Who the workshop is for

Channel partners

AI Game Plan is designed for TD SYNNEX channel partners that are helping customers evaluate or adopt AI. It is especially suited to partners working in the AI Ready or AI Expert tiers of Destination AI, according to the launch report.

Enterprise and mid-market customers

The customer-facing engagement is aimed at enterprise and mid-market organizations that have several possible AI opportunities but need help deciding which ones are worth pursuing. A partner can use the workshop to structure early discovery and create a common decision process for business and technology stakeholders.

What a customer receives

  • A discovery-led inventory of business pain points and potential AI use cases.
  • A scoring exercise based on feasibility, impact and strategic alignment.
  • A prioritized shortlist of two or three high-value AI initiatives.
  • A customer-specific roadmap covering the next 90 days.

The published launch information describes the workshop and its planning deliverables. It does not promise that TD SYNNEX itself will perform all subsequent implementation work, provide a particular AI platform or guarantee a business result. Any delivery, integration, governance or managed-service work after the workshop would need to be agreed with the participating partner and customer.

Why TD SYNNEX says the format matters

Farache said the workshop is intended to enable “repeatable, outcome-oriented AI engagements” that help customers move “beyond curiosity to real results.” Marty Mackey, vice president of sales and marketing at TD SYNNEX partner CMA Technology Solutions, said the structured approach makes it easier to tailor use cases to a customer’s business and focus on the opportunities that matter most. He also said TD SYNNEX’s support had brought clarity and momentum to early AI conversations.

In practical terms, the format gives partners a consistent way to qualify demand, compare competing ideas and agree on an initial execution window. Its value is therefore in decision discipline and a defined starting plan, not in replacing the partner’s technical implementation capabilities.

What is not yet specified

The 17 December 2025 coverage does not state the workshop’s price, delivery location, registration process, customer eligibility rules beyond the described audience, or the scope of post-workshop implementation support. Those items may vary by market, partner tier or engagement and should be verified directly with TD SYNNEX.
