Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced on October 13, 2026, that ManageEngine’s enterprise IT-management solutions will be deployed on TCS SovereignSecure Cloud. The partnership is aimed at government institutions, public-sector enterprises and businesses in India that want to manage IT, AI and cloud workloads while addressing data-sovereignty and regulatory requirements. The announcement does not identify the ManageEngine products involved or give a rollout date, pricing or customer commitments.
What the TCS–ManageEngine partnership includes
The announcement describes a deployment of ManageEngine enterprise IT-management solutions on TCS SovereignSecure Cloud. TCS and ManageEngine present the collaboration as a way to support adoption of AI-enabled sovereign cloud services in India. ManageEngine is the enterprise IT-management division of Zoho Corporation.

The companies say the combined offering is intended to help customers modernize IT operations, strengthen security posture and accelerate digital transformation. Those are stated aims, not reported results: the announcement includes no customer case study or measured outcome attributable to the partnership.
Who it is intended for
The named audience is government institutions, public-sector enterprises and businesses. The central proposition is to manage AI and cloud workloads while addressing Indian data-sovereignty and regulatory requirements. ManageEngine’s portfolio spans more than 60 products across areas including networks, servers, security, service management, Active Directory, applications and endpoints, according to its newsroom. That breadth gives context to the company, but does not establish which products are part of this deployment.

What TCS says SovereignSecure Cloud provides
When TCS launched SovereignSecure Cloud in April 2025, it described the service as an indigenous cloud built and managed by TCS for government and public-sector enterprises, with integrated AI capabilities. TCS said it was engineered to keep sensitive data within India using its data centres in Mumbai and Hyderabad, and described dedicated infrastructure designed to enable compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. These are TCS’s descriptions, not an independent assessment of compliance.
TCS’s current service page also describes hybrid-cloud integration with on-premises infrastructure and other clouds, plus usage monitoring and planning through Cloud Cockpit. The page lists FinOps, capacity planning, cloud management and analytics capabilities, and says deployment can be from TCS secure data centres or a government data centre of choice. TCS frames the service around sovereignty of data, digital systems and operations.
What has not been disclosed
The October 13 announcement does not specify which ManageEngine products or modules will be included, how they will be integrated or deployed, which customers have signed on, or when the service will roll out. It also provides no pricing, service-level commitments or partnership-specific security and performance results. Customers evaluating the offer will need those details to determine whether it fits their workloads and existing systems.

- Availability, rollout timing, service-level commitments, pricing and support arrangements.
- What evidence the providers can supply for security, compliance and operational outcomes relevant to the customer’s requirements.
ManageEngine CEO Rajesh Ganesan said: “India is ready for the next phase of digital sovereignty, and the country’s technology companies have an important role to play in enabling it.” The partnership’s practical scope will become clearer when the companies disclose product selection, deployment details and customer availability.
