Tabletop Growth Partners (TGP), a new agency founded by Anjuli Smith, launched in October 2026 to help tabletop businesses with marketing, digital sales, international business development and trade-show representation. Its intended clients include tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) and wargaming businesses, as well as smaller board-game publishers seeking distribution beyond their home markets. The launch reports describe planned services, but do not provide pricing, contract terms or measured client results.
What Tabletop Growth Partners does
TGP is positioning itself as a growth and business-development agency for tabletop brands, rather than as a publisher or a marketplace. Its announced services combine strategic advice with practical support: marketing and digital storefront optimization, crowdfunding and subscription planning, introductions to distributors, and representation at international industry events. GamingTrend’s October 1 launch report and BoardGameWire’s October 2 interview describe the offering.
Marketing, storefronts and recurring revenue
The agency says it can help businesses shape marketing strategy and optimize digital storefronts. Its proprietary “The RPG Engine” framework places subscription models and digital catalog presentation under a “Revenue” pillar. The announcement names MyMiniFactory Tribes and Patreon as examples of subscription platforms, and highlights metadata and conversion strategy for digital catalogs. These are elements of TGP’s proposed framework, not evidence that the agency is affiliated with those services or has produced particular revenue results.
Crowdfunding and release planning
The “Pipeline” pillar covers crowdfunding campaigns, release calendars and asset-production workflows. The launch announcement names FronTiers and BackerKit in connection with crowdfunding. It does not report campaign performance, or establish any partnership between TGP and the named platforms.

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
International business development and event representation
For smaller publishers, TGP says it can help make distributor introductions and support sales and negotiation meetings. It also offers global B2B trade-show representation, with events including SPIEL Essen, PAX Unplugged, GAMA Expo and UK Games Expo identified in the launch coverage. Representation can give a publisher a presence at an event without requiring its own team to handle every meeting there; the reports do not specify the agency’s exact responsibilities, geographic limits or engagement terms.
Who the agency is targeting
BoardGameWire reports that TGP will primarily serve TTRPG and wargaming businesses, while also helping smaller board-game publishers pursue international distribution. The intended fit is therefore broader than one tabletop category, but centered on businesses that need help reaching customers, partners or distributors.

Smith told BoardGameWire that smaller publishers can struggle to access a useful industry network: “An available network is a huge blocker for many smaller and newly launched publishers. Getting your games in front of the right people who know how to market them (and will in fact market them) is key to expansion.” She also described the practical cost of attending overseas events: “For a small publisher the costs of flights, hotels, and a booth are huge. Asking them to then take time away from sales to talk to others simply isn’t an option.” These statements explain the problem TGP says it is addressing; they are not independent evidence of the agency’s results.
Who founded Tabletop Growth Partners?
Anjuli Smith founded TGP and left her marketing and brand role at MyMiniFactory at the end of September 2026 to focus on the agency, according to BoardGameWire. The interview describes prior roles at Asmodee UK and Aconyte Books, and work at MyMiniFactory connecting established tabletop properties with 3D printing through business development. That background is reported experience, not an independent assessment of performance.

TGP also announced that it was an ambassador for MyMiniFactory’s Soulcrafted initiative. GamingTrend reports the agency’s stated position as “No to AI, Dare to be Human,” with commitments to human artistry, creator intellectual property and underrepresented voices in tabletop leadership. Smith told GamingTrend: “Products in the tabletop and 3D space don’t grow on technical specifications alone, they grow on human connection and narrative engagement.” These are the agency’s expressed values and advocacy, rather than measured impact.
What is confirmed about its early work?
When the launch was reported, TGP said it was accepting custom audits, retainer work and bookings for 2027 trade-show representation. BoardGameWire also reported that Smith was in talks with three board-game publishers about representation at Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg in February 2027. Canadian publisher Acolyte was among those discussed and was seeking UK and European distribution; the report described this as prospective work, not a confirmed client engagement.

Event representation and distributor introductions may help a small publisher extend its reach, but the launch announcement alone cannot establish whether a particular engagement will deliver the access or sales a publisher needs. Before choosing TGP or another provider, ask for specifics on:
