Yes—you can use the same Township town on two supported devices by connecting them to the same account. The right account depends on the devices: Facebook is Playrix’s stated route for syncing across iOS, Android, and Mac; Apple ID/iCloud works between Apple devices; Google accounts work between Android devices; and Windows accounts work between Windows devices. Windows does not sync with other platforms. Playrix does not say whether both devices can actively play the town at the same time.
Choose the account route for your devices
Playrix’s support instructions describe these routes for keeping one town available across devices:

Playrix says Windows synchronization with iOS, Android, or Mac is unsupported because of technical limitations. These are support instructions, not independent test results; check the in-game Settings and current multi-device FAQ if a menu or prompt differs.

Set up the second device
- On the original device, check the account link. Make sure the town is connected to the account route supported for your two devices. Playrix says progress saves automatically while the device is online, but linking an account is its documented way to protect and restore progress across devices. See How do I save my game progress?
- Install Township on the second device. Sign in to the same supported account used by the original device.
- Review any saved-town prompt carefully. Confirm that it identifies the town you intend to load. Playrix’s transfer instructions describe choosing “Yes” and entering
CONFIRMwhen prompted. - Check that both games are on the same version. Playrix warns that a version mismatch can make progress appear different and recommends updating the older installation.
If your town does not appear
- Recheck the platform pairing. Windows-to-mobile or Windows-to-Mac transfer is not supported by the cited Playrix guidance.
- Verify the linked account. Both devices need to use the same account of the type supported for that pairing.
- Update the game on the older device. A version mismatch may explain why the displayed progress differs.
- Contact Playrix support if the town is still missing. Keep the exact town name and level, plus the friend invitation code. Playrix notes that capitalization, spaces, and punctuation in the town name matter during transfer. Its progress-transfer instructions describe the confirmation flow and details to preserve.
Do not delete or overwrite a town as a generic troubleshooting step. Playrix’s guidance explains loading and confirming a saved town, but does not document every recovery situation.

Can both devices play at once?
Playrix’s cited instructions explain syncing and transferring the same town, but do not establish whether two devices can use it simultaneously or how simultaneous changes would be handled. Treat concurrent play as unconfirmed; contact Playrix support for advice about a specific account or recovery situation.
