For a basic Strike Gundam, start with the ENTRY GRADE 1/144 Strike Gundam. Choose the HGCE 1/144 Aile Strike Gundam when the Aile configuration is the reason you are buying, and choose a specifically identified Perfect Strike edition when you want the combined equipment look. “Perfect Strike” covers several different products, grades and finishes, so verify the exact box, included equipment, local stock and price before ordering.
Which Strike Gundam model kit should you buy?
The right choice depends first on the mobile suit configuration you want on the shelf, not on the word “Strike” printed on the box. There are three practical paths:
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
- Plain Strike design: ENTRY GRADE 1/144 Strike Gundam is the most direct match for a basic Strike.
- Aile loadout: HGCE 1/144 Aile Strike Gundam is the clear product to look for when you specifically want the Aile equipment configuration.
- Combined equipment display: Select a named Perfect Strike edition, then check whether that particular version is standard, limited, coated or Grand Slam-equipped.
Bandai’s official listings establish the products, grades, scales and historical release dates. They do not establish today’s inventory, country-specific distribution, price or identical box contents across every Perfect Strike release. Treat the product name on the exact listing as part of your buying decision.

ENTRY GRADE 1/144 Strike Gundam: the direct basic-Strike choice
What the listing establishes
Bandai lists an ENTRY GRADE 1/144 Strike Gundam with a release date of January 15, 2022. The name directly identifies the standard Strike design rather than the Aile or Perfect Strike configuration. If your brief is simply “I want a Strike Gundam,” this is the least ambiguous product path.
Why it suits a first purchase
ENTRY GRADE is the catalog’s grade designation, and presenting this kit as a simpler-entry route is reasonable when you are choosing a first Strike product. However, the official product record used here does not publish a comparative build time, required skill level, articulation score or parts-count comparison. Do not treat “ENTRY GRADE” as a guarantee of a particular number of hours or an effortless build.
Use the full product name when searching retailers. A short search for “Strike Gundam” can return Aile, Real Grade, Master Grade, Perfect Strike, coated and limited products. Confirm that the listing actually says ENTRY GRADE 1/144 Strike Gundam, then compare the seller’s market, stock condition and price.
Who should choose it
- Someone who wants the recognizable Strike silhouette without committing to a larger scale.
- A builder who wants the basic configuration rather than a backpack-and-weapon combination.
- A buyer who wants the clearest product match and does not need a Perfect Strike display.
HGCE 1/144 Aile Strike Gundam: choose it for the Aile configuration
What makes it a separate decision
The catalog lists HGCE 1/144 Aile Strike Gundam, released February 8, 2014. “Aile” is not just a color or retailer bundle name in this listing; it identifies the configuration you are seeking. If the defining feature of your display is the Aile loadout, this is the straightforward product name to put into a search.

Keep kit-specific claims tied to evidence
The available official record confirms the product identity, grade, scale and date. It does not, by itself, establish a head-to-head result for articulation, color separation, accessory count, build difficulty or stability against the ENTRY GRADE kit. Those details can vary with the exact release and should not be inferred merely from the HGCE label.
Before checkout, read the complete title and product photographs, and verify that “Aile Strike Gundam” appears in the name. If a seller uses a generic “Strike” title, ask for the model number or a photograph of the box. This matters because a 1/144 Strike product can represent a different grade or loadout.
Who should choose it
- Fans whose priority is the Aile-equipped appearance.
- Builders who specifically want a High Grade Cosmic Era (HGCE) 1/144 product.
- Collectors comparing an Aile display against a plain Strike or a fully equipped Perfect Strike.
What is the difference between Aile Strike and Perfect Strike?
Aile Strike identifies one named configuration: the Aile Strike Gundam. Perfect Strike identifies a broader product family built around a combined-equipment presentation, but it is not one single, uniform kit listing. Bandai’s catalog includes Perfect Strike products in multiple grades and scales, so the words “Perfect Strike” alone are not enough to know what you will receive.
| Term | How to interpret it when shopping | What it does not tell you by itself |
|---|---|---|
| Aile Strike | A specific Aile configuration; the HGCE 1/144 listing is the direct named path. | It does not identify every other Strike grade or guarantee a particular accessory bundle from a generic listing. |
| Perfect Strike | A combined-equipment concept represented by several distinct RG, MG and PG products. | It does not guarantee the same scale, finish, weapons, packaging or availability across editions. |
| Grand Slam-equipped | A feature explicitly included in the name of one MG limited product. | It should not be assumed for every MG, RG or PG Perfect Strike. |
| Special Coating Ver. | A finish designation attached to a particular MG product. | It does not mean all Perfect Strike products have that coating. |
Perfect Strike editions: identify the exact product
RG 1/144 Perfect Strike
Bandai’s catalog includes an RG 1/144 Perfect Strike. RG means Real Grade in the product listing, and 1/144 is the stated scale. The catalog establishes that this is a distinct Perfect Strike entry; it does not make a universal claim about the contents or build characteristics of every RG listing.

- Flawless 4K@60Hz Video with HDMI: Delivers exceptional clarity and smoothness with its 4K@60Hz HDMI port, making it ideal for high-definition presentations and entertainment. (Note: Only the HDMI port supports video projection; the USB-C port is for data transfer only.)

- What You Get: Anker USB-C Hub (7-in-1), welcome guide, 18-month warranty, and our friendly customer service.
PG 1/60 Perfect Strike
A PG 1/60 Perfect Strike also appears in the catalog. Its 1/60 scale places it in a different size category from the 1/144 entries. Do not substitute the PG listing for an RG or MG purchase simply because all three use the Perfect Strike name.
MG 1/100 Perfect Strike Special Coating Ver.
The catalog separately lists an MG 1/100 Perfect Strike Special Coating Ver. The “Special Coating Ver.” wording is part of the product identity. The official entry is available at Bandai’s MG 1/100 Perfect Strike Gundam Special Coating page. Treat the finish as edition-specific rather than a feature of every Master Grade Perfect Strike.
MG 1/100 Gundam Base limited Grand Slam-equipped type
Another distinct listing is the MG 1/100 Gundam Base limited Perfect Strike Gundam Grand Slam Equipped Type, with a listed release date of August 6, 2022. Its name explicitly identifies both the Gundam Base limitation and the Grand Slam equipment. The official product record is Bandai’s MG 1/100 Gundam Base limited Grand Slam-equipped page.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsThis is the strongest example of why the full title matters: a limited product and a special-equipped product can share the Perfect Strike name while having different retail access and a different advertised contents list. Never infer that the Grand Slam is included in another Perfect Strike box unless that box or its official instructions say so.

How grade and scale should affect your decision
The official listings span several combinations:
- ENTRY GRADE 1/144: the basic Strike product path.
- HGCE 1/144: the Aile Strike product path.
- RG 1/144: a Perfect Strike listing at the same nominal scale as the two 1/144 choices above.
- MG 1/100: Perfect Strike editions, including Special Coating and the Gundam Base limited Grand Slam-equipped type.
- PG 1/60: a larger-scale Perfect Strike listing.
Scale is a reliable way to anticipate display footprint relative to the other entries, but it is not a substitute for a specification sheet. The catalog evidence does not establish comparative engineering, poseability, assembly time or number of parts. Use grade and scale to narrow the search, then consult the exact product manual and packaging for the details that matter to your display.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which Strike Gundam kit has the most complete loadout?
There is no single answer that applies to every box sold under the Perfect Strike name. If “complete loadout” means the combined-equipment look, a Perfect Strike edition is the category to investigate. If you mean a particular accessory such as the Grand Slam, only the MG 1/100 Gundam Base limited Grand Slam-equipped type is explicitly identified that way in the listed products.
Use this verification sequence before calling a kit complete:
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
- Copy the seller’s full product title, including grade, scale and suffixes such as “Special Coating Ver.” or “Grand Slam Equipped Type.”
- Match that title to an official Bandai product entry or the instruction manual for the same edition.
- Read the box-side contents panel or manual parts list rather than relying on a stock photograph used for several products.
- Check whether the item is standard, limited or region-specific; a limited designation affects where you may be able to buy it.
- Record the seller’s current price and stock status separately from the historical release date.
This process prevents a common mistake: buying a standard Perfect Strike listing while expecting the finish or extra equipment advertised for a different edition.

Availability, price and release-date caveats
Release dates are historical listing facts. The ENTRY GRADE date is January 15, 2022; the HGCE Aile date is February 8, 2014; and the MG Gundam Base limited Grand Slam-equipped type is listed as August 6, 2022. None of those dates proves that a kit is in stock now, sold in your country or offered at a particular price.
Check a retailer serving your region on the day you buy. Compare the exact grade and suffix, not just the character name, and watch for listings that mix product photographs with a different title. Limited products can have a narrower retail path than standard releases, while a catalog entry can remain visible after ordinary inventory has disappeared.
Bandai’s manual site also warns that it does not include every plastic model manual and that product specifications or displayed manual information may change. Use the site as an official identity and documentation reference, not as a complete inventory database. The general Strike Gundam search results are useful for locating the named entries, while the individual pages are better for confirming a specific Perfect Strike edition.
A decision checklist before you place the order
- Configuration: Is the box labeled plain Strike, Aile Strike or Perfect Strike?
- Grade: Does the title say ENTRY GRADE, HGCE, RG, MG or PG?
- Scale: Is it 1/144, 1/100 or 1/60, and will that size fit your display?
- Edition: Are “Special Coating,” “Gundam Base limited” or “Grand Slam Equipped Type” part of the exact name?
- Contents: Does the official manual or packaging confirm the equipment you expect?
- Market: Is the seller shipping to your country, and is the price current rather than a cached or historical figure?
- Documentation: If a manual is missing from the online catalog, can the seller provide an edition-matched contents photo?
Bottom-line recommendations by buyer intent
“I want a straightforward Strike Gundam.”
Choose the ENTRY GRADE 1/144 Strike Gundam, provided the current listing matches that full name. It is the direct basic-Strike product and the most uncomplicated starting point.
“I specifically want the Aile backpack and configuration.”
Choose the HGCE 1/144 Aile Strike Gundam. Verify the HGCE and Aile wording rather than buying a generic 1/144 Strike listing.
“I want the fullest combined-equipment appearance.”
Start with the Perfect Strike family, then select the exact grade and edition that matches your intended finish and accessories. The RG 1/144, PG 1/60 and MG 1/100 entries are separate products, and the MG Special Coating and Gundam Base limited Grand Slam-equipped versions are not interchangeable descriptions.
“I need one specific extra weapon.”
Use the complete edition name as your filter. The MG 1/100 Gundam Base limited Grand Slam-equipped type is explicitly named for the Grand Slam; do not assume that equipment appears in another Perfect Strike release.
