Which Talk Studio plan should you choose?

Choose Standard for a straightforward single-destination show

Standard is the lower-cost listed plan if 720p is sufficient, you send the show to one destination, and the published guest, recording, storage, and upload limits fit your workflow. Its listed maximum is five guests, with up to four hours of recording per track and 15 days of recording storage.

Choose Pro when its specific higher limits matter

Pro’s clearest published advantages are 1080p output, unlimited destinations, support for up to 11 guests, longer recording limits, 30-day storage, larger media uploads, and more co-host seats. It is the better fit when one or more of those ceilings would constrain your show on Standard. These recommendations follow Streamlabs’ published plan limits; they are not independent performance-test results.

What Talk Studio is—and what these plans are for

Streamlabs describes Talk Studio as a browser-based live-streaming and recording studio. Its listed capabilities include multistreaming to services such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, X, Kick, and LinkedIn; screen sharing; scheduling; recording; and local recording of individual participants’ raw audio and video. The plans are intended for running live shows and recording in that studio, not simply for keeping a prerecorded YouTube video looping continuously.

Where to manage a subscription

Streamlabs Support’s billing guide, last updated October 9, 2025, describes this route: sign in to the account used for the purchase, open Account Settings, then choose Billing. The guide says invoices and payment information can be managed there; cancellation is under Subscriptions via Change Plan. Interface labels can change, so if they differ, look for the account’s billing or subscription controls.

A note about regional pricing information

An older Portuguese-Brazil pricing page describes Standard and Pro as free, which conflicts with the current English page’s paid prices and seven-day trial. The available information does not explain the discrepancy. For the prices in this article, the current English plans page is the applicable reference; do not assume the older localized offer applies universally.

If your goal is a 24/7 prerecorded YouTube stream

Talk Studio’s plan comparison is for a browser-based live and recording studio. If instead you need uploaded videos to keep a YouTube channel live around the clock, StreamNeo is a different kind of service: it loops uploaded videos from the cloud, with any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and the first day is free.
