पहले Streamlabs Desktop के Audio Mixer में वीडियो चलाते हुए देखें कि सही audio source unmuted है और उसका meter हिल रहा है या नहीं। Windows पर आम तौर पर Streamlabs में चुना हुआ desktop audio device वही होना चाहिए जिससे कंप्यूटर वीडियो की आवाज़ चला रहा है। Mac पर तरीका अलग है: Streamlabs के अनुसार macOS दूसरे apps का audio सीधे capture नहीं करता, इसलिए virtual audio routing सेट करनी पड़ती है।
पहले पता करें कि audio कहाँ रुक रहा है
- Streamlabs Desktop में वही scene खोलें जिससे आप stream करते हैं और prerecorded video चलाएँ।
- Audio Mixer में Desktop Audio, Application Audio Capture या संबंधित source ढूँढें। जाँचें कि source mute न हो और उसका meter आवाज़ के साथ 움직 रहा हो।
- अगर meter नहीं हिलता, तो समस्या capture route, चुने हुए device या app-specific source में है। नीचे अपने operating system के लिए दिए गए कदम अपनाएँ।
- अगर meter हिलता है लेकिन आप headphones में आवाज़ नहीं सुनते, तो monitoring की जाँच करें। Meter activity, आपको locally सुनाई देना और stream में audio पहुँचना तीन अलग जाँचें हैं।
Streamlabs की Desktop Audio troubleshooting guidance और Audio Mixer guidance के मुताबिक शुरुआत source और device selection से करें—पहले bitrate या microphone filters बदलने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।

Windows पर system audio capture ठीक करें
Playback device से मिलान करें
- Windows में देखें कि वीडियो किस playback device से चल रहा है—जैसे speakers, headphones या कोई अन्य output।
- Streamlabs Desktop की audio settings खोलें और Desktop Audio के लिए वही device चुनें। Automatic/default selection काम न कर रही हो तो device स्पष्ट रूप से चुनें।
- वीडियो फिर चलाकर Audio Mixer का meter देखें। सही device चुनने के बाद भी meter न हिले, तो जाँचें कि source muted तो नहीं है और वीडियो का audio कंप्यूटर पर वास्तव में चल रहा है।
Audio Output Capture source जोड़ें
अगर Desktop Audio की automatic capture से आवाज़ नहीं आती, तो scene में Audio Output Capture जोड़कर उसी playback device को चुनें। यदि वही device पहले से Desktop Audio के ज़रिए capture हो रहा है, तो दोनों routes साथ न चलाएँ: duplicate capture echo पैदा कर सकता है। Streamlabs के desktop audio setup steps में यह वैकल्पिक route दिया गया है।

अगर वीडियो किसी खास browser या app में चल रहा है और आप बाकी computer sounds stream में नहीं चाहते, तो scene में Application Audio Capture जोड़ें और सही window चुनें। इस route के साथ global Desktop Audio source बंद करें; दोनों sources एक ही आवाज़ उठा सकते हैं और echo या duplicate audio हो सकता है। App चुनने के बाद वीडियो चलाकर उसी source का meter जाँचें। Streamlabs की Application Audio Capture guide में यह setup समझाया गया है।

Mac पर audio route अलग से सेट करें
Streamlabs के अनुसार macOS Streamlabs Desktop को दूसरे apps का system audio native रूप से capture करने नहीं देता। इसलिए Windows वाले Desktop Audio steps को Mac पर जस का तस लागू न मानें। Streamlabs की Mac audio setup guide में दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार free virtual audio device BlackHole से system sounds को Streamlabs तक route करें। वहाँ device selection और route की जाँच भी उसी guide के अनुसार करें।

आखिरी उपाय
यदि सामान्य device और source जाँचें विफल हों, तो Streamlabs की troubleshooting guidance Windows C++ Redistributables इंस्टॉल करने का विकल्प बताती है। एक और उन्नत workaround Voicemeeter Banana और virtual audio cable से audio route करना है। इन्हें शुरुआती कदम न मानें; पहले सही device, source और संभावित audio utilities की जाँच करें।

Meter चल रहा है, लेकिन आवाज़ सुनाई या stream में सुनाई नहीं देती
स्थानीय monitoring का काम creator को source सुनाना है; यह अपने-आप साबित नहीं करता कि वही audio stream output में शामिल है। पहले Audio Mixer में source की activity देखें, फिर test recording बनाकर उसमें वीडियो की आवाज़ सुनें। Streamlabs की Elgato audio instructions capture-card audio के संदर्भ में monitoring और stream output को अलग concerns की तरह समझाती हैं; इसे हर browser-audio समस्या का universal fix न मानें।
अगर test recording में आवाज़ है लेकिन YouTube audience को नहीं सुनाई देती, तो यहाँ उपलब्ध Streamlabs guidance उस YouTube-side स्थिति का कारण स्थापित नहीं करती। इसलिए इसे बिना जाँच YouTube की ingest समस्या, codec सीमा या account setting न मानें।
