To beat Dr. Scramble in Steal an Egg Part 2, follow the fight’s live objectives: attack the mech during its overheat window, finish the mech objectives, lure the exposed core toward a blue tower and hit it while stunned, then chase Dr. Scramble and land three bat hits. TechWiser’s September 2026 walkthrough reports a 1,750-Sample payout for a solo win, but group payouts and the current Mastery track can differ. Check the server’s countdown, portal marker and Boss Mastery panel before committing to a run.
What to know before entering
Roblox advertised the event as DR. SCRAMBLE’S REVENGE, a final showdown in which Dr. Scramble targets Ben after losing control of Sammy. Its listing gave an event window of September 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM through September 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM, without specifying a timezone. That advertised window does not establish that the event is available in every server now. Check the live game interface for a current countdown and portal marker.

Walkthroughs describe the encounter as a four-phase fight, but the available guides do not agree on the portal location: TechWiser places it in Titan Temple, while another guide records conflicting location reports. Use the live server marker and on-screen objectives rather than relying on a fixed location or assuming every server runs the same schedule.
How to win the Dr. Scramble boss fight
The sequence below follows TechWiser’s September 26, 2026 walkthrough, also broadly reflected in a GAMES.GG guide. Mechanics may change, so prioritize the objective shown in your current run.
#1 Best Overall
- Compatible with Windows and Android.
- 1000Hz Polling Rate (for 2.4G and wired connection)
- Hall Effect joysticks and Hall triggers. Wear-resistant metal joystick rings.
- Extra R4/L4 bumpers. Custom button mapping without using software. Turbo function.
- Refined bumpers and D-pad. Light but tactile.
- Enter through the active portal. Follow the server’s marker when the event starts. TechWiser reports that the encounter recurs every 30 minutes, but verify the live countdown rather than treating that schedule as guaranteed.
- Attack the mech during its overheat window. The walkthrough says bat attacks deal more damage while the mech is overheated. Keep moving away from marked danger areas and attack when the window opens.
- Complete the remaining mech and core objectives. The guides describe destroying the mech before the exposed-core phase. Follow the prompts on screen; the sources do not establish a universal damage requirement or exact attack rotation.
- Lure Dr. Scramble to a blue tower. During the exposed-core phase, the walkthrough says Dr. Scramble targets a player. Lead him toward a blue tower and wait for the stun, then attack with your bat until the phase ends.
- Chase Dr. Scramble and land three hits. In the final phase, hit him with the bat three times. TechWiser reports that the third hit ends the fight.
Summoned drones and a Toxic Crocodile are also mentioned as threats. Watch for marked danger areas and respond to current prompts; the guides do not establish a reliable, universal dodge timing.
Can you defeat Dr. Scramble solo?
TechWiser reports a solo win and a payout of 1,750 Samples. That is a walkthrough-reported result, not a guaranteed payout for every player or run. The same guide says Sample rewards in group fights depend on damage dealt, so a group member’s payout may differ.

| Reported system | What the guide says | How to use that information |
|---|---|---|
| Solo Sample payout | TechWiser reports 1,750 Samples for a solo win in its 2026 guide. | Treat it as a reported solo payout, not a universal guarantee; the guide says group payouts depend on damage. |
| Boss Mastery | TechWiser describes 22 Mastery milestones, awarding one point per boss kill, with Egg or Pet rewards along the track. | The guide names rewards including Biohazard Egg, Experiment Egg, Scrambled Biohazard Egg, Unstable Egg, Eye Bat #021, Scrambled Experiment Egg, Citadel Snail #007, Uncoiled Armadillo, Toxic Crocodile and Pink Dragon Experiment #010. It does not list every milestone reward. |
| Boss Milestone | A community guide updated October 5, 2026, says Update 6 added a 100-tier Boss Milestone, with an unnamed Eternal pet at Tier 100. | This differs from TechWiser’s 22-milestone account. The guides do not establish that these figures describe one unchanged track; the live in-game panel is the practical authority. |
The October 2026 community guide also discusses Dr. Scramble’s Laboratory, egg trade-ins, banners, pets and pity changes. Those are Update 6 context, not confirmed rewards for defeating the boss. Its account does not clearly establish the player-facing direction of a stated “200 to 100” pity change, so do not rely on that figure to predict a specific outcome.
How to plan a run
- Use the current server’s cues: confirm the countdown, portal marker and phase objective in-game.
- Choose solo or group play based on your preference: the reported Sample payout may depend on damage in group fights; the sources provide no player success-rate statistics.
- Check the next Mastery reward first: the published guides disagree about track length, and not every milestone reward is enumerated.
