Spoiler note: Konami and PlayStation’s published material confirms Zoe’s apartment and Townfall’s story-led puzzles, but it does not give verified steps for restoring power in Zoe’s house or solving its computer puzzle. I can’t responsibly provide a power-switch sequence, computer steps, or a code as fact on that evidence.
What is confirmed about Zoe’s House?
Silent Hill: Townfall is a first-person psychological horror game set in Scotland in 1996. Simon Ordell returns to the island town of St. Amelia, where Zoe, a nurse, reaches him through static on his handheld pocket television, the CRTV. PlayStation’s hands-on report describes her empty apartment and the clinic where she worked, and connects her story to the town’s apparent medical outbreak.

The official descriptions say the CRTV tunes into unstable signals and can help with story discovery, puzzles, and locating threats. Those broad mechanics do not establish how to solve a particular puzzle in Zoe’s apartment. The official sources reviewed do not publish the electricity-repair sequence, computer interaction steps, required items, or a computer code.

Why isn’t there a verified solution here?
The available official material establishes that Zoe’s apartment is part of the story, not what Simon must do inside it to restore power or use the computer. Supplying a specific sequence or code without a reliable, independently verified walkthrough would risk sending you down the wrong path.
#1 Best Overall
- Experienced entirely in first person, explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
- SILENT HILL: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996
Townfall’s puzzles are designed around the story and the people and places Simon encounters. Jon McKellan, Writer & Director at Screen Burn Interactive, described the approach in a June 2, 2026 PlayStation.Blog article: “Each puzzle has been designed while writing the story, so rather than a separate, unconnected gameplay layer, they’re grounded in the world you’re exploring and contextual to it and the town’s inhabitants.” That explains the design intent, but it does not reveal the solution to this specific puzzle.
How to approach the puzzles without guessing
- Check the clues in context. Read documents and inspect objects in the apartment and the clinic rather than assuming a code or switch order from a generic guide.
- Use the CRTV when the scene suggests it. Its signals can contribute to puzzle-solving, but the official descriptions do not say which signal, if any, applies to Zoe’s house.
- Keep the clue chain intact. If you find a clue that seems related to the computer or power, note where it came from and what it actually indicates before trying an answer.
- Verify any walkthrough against the game. Prefer instructions that identify the clue and item sequence and show that the steps were tested in the game; treat an answer-only code without that context cautiously.
Game context and platforms
Konami lists Silent Hill: Townfall for PlayStation 5 and PC, including Steam and the Epic Games Store. Its announcement gives September 24, 2026 as the release date. The game follows Simon through exploration, evasion, combat, and narrative puzzles with limited weapons and tools. These details describe the wider game, not a confirmed solution for Zoe’s house.
