In Silent Hill: Townfall’s St. Amelia Medical Center X-ray room, scan the skull at kV 3, mA 7, Time 1 and the chest at kV 7, mA 3, Time 1.2. Align each body area before scanning, then collect both prints and place them on the board beside the intercom.
Where to find the X-ray puzzle
The puzzle is in the X-ray room at St. Amelia Medical Center, Part 3, Chapter 7, also identified as Part 3 — Chapman Ward. It requires two separate scans: one of the skull and one of the chest.

How to complete the head and chest scans
- Read the dosage clue. Use the laptop beside the bed to read the X-Ray Dosage Table.
- Align the skull. Turn on the computer and move or zoom the view until the skull alignment indicator appears. Select Skull and enter kV 3, mA 7, Time 1, then press the green button to scan.
- Align the chest. Move or zoom the view until the chest alignment indicator appears. Select Chest and enter kV 7, mA 3, Time 1.2, then press the green button.
- Place both prints. Take the two scans from the printer to the right of the computer. Put them on the board left of the intercom, selecting the head and chest when prompted.
