This guide follows Zoe’s operation at St. Amelia Medical Centre, from the initial patient check through the intubation kit. It uses walkthrough answers reported by VGC, TechWiser, AllThingsHow, and Into Indie Games; the game’s official page identifies Silent Hill: Townfall but does not publish these puzzle solutions.

What vitals should you report?
- Blood pressure: 70 systolic / 40 diastolic.

Where are the medicines, and what opens Records?
The Records Room code is 2605. The required medicines are Tensobromide (11 mg), Dextracylate (2.5 mg), and Hydroxalene (3 mg). Walkthroughs place them in the Pharmacy Store, Bay 6, and Records Room respectively.
What infusion pump rates should you enter?
Set the pumps to the rates below, then start them when the game prompts you. VGC describes the in-game dosage table and the patient’s weight clue as the basis for the values.

How do you get the intubation kit?
- Use the phone at reception and call 5353.
- Take the elevator to the basement storage room.
- Collect the intubation kit and return to surgery for the minigame.
Does Part 3 include another puzzle after Zoe’s operation?
Into Indie Games labels the next section Chapter 8, “Many Into One,” and describes Simon’s blood-transfusion sequence. In that follow-on, place the blood bags for Sarah Watson, Matthew Clark, and George McEwan, then align T.F., H.M., and S.W. and confirm with the Ordell button. This is separate from Zoe’s “The Patient” surgery puzzles.
