The phone number and the menu sequence are separate inputs.
Community Gardens shed code: 1993
Inspect the flower bed marked with Jane Chalmers’ name. The year shown there, 1993, opens the shed in the Community Gardens. Inside, take the Community Garden Key from the shelf and use it to unlock the garden gate.

- Go to the phone booth and call 496 0556.
- At the automated menu, enter 3, then 2, then 2, then 1.
The four menu digits are not part of the phone number; enter them only after calling.
Related puzzle before Zoe’s playable section: Human Organ Box
This two-dial puzzle appears in Zoe’s house before control shifts to Zoe, rather than during her playable rounds. Use the ET number on the Organ Transplant Card: set the left dial to 956 and the right dial to 133. Solving it provides Zoe’s Lanyard. The same answer is reported by Townfall Guide and All Things How.

Chapter boundary and trophy caution
Zoe is playable in Chapter 5, “Zoe: Rounds.” Chapter 6, “Journey to Medical,” returns control to Simon. His route continues with the Pistol choice in the Town Square box—answer “Yes”—and using the Scalpel at the blocked Flemington Street doorway. This Simon sequence is not part of Zoe’s playable section; the route is described by the Townfall Wiki and TechWiser.
If you are pursuing “Save It For The Patients,” a walkthrough warns that using a healing item during Zoe’s section can silently prevent the trophy. That warning comes from walkthrough coverage, not an official confirmation or independent test; preserve healing items during the chapter if you want to follow its precaution.
