Dial 496 0556 and choose 3 → 2 → 2 → 1.
How to complete Dr. Glenn’s Medical Centre call
- As Zoe, progress through the Community Gardens and Mr. Stewart’s house until you reach the Medical Centre perimeter.
- Inspect the Medical Security Note displayed on the security-booth window outside the Medical Centre. The note provides the number, and the documented sequence is to read it before calling.
- Use the nearby phone booth and dial 496 0556.
- At the prompts, select 3, then 2, then 2, then 1.
- Continue through the opened compound route. From the rear parking area, enter the office and press the button beside the telephone to open the inner gates.
Do not confuse it with the later Hospital Storage call
Dr. Glenn is associated with another call later in the patient sequence, after the medication infusion. That call uses 5353 to reach Hospital Storage from reception and open the basement supply route, where Zoe collects the Medical Intubation Kit. It is a separate progression step, not an alternative number or answer for the Medical Centre security call.

Phone booth context
Phone booths also function as manual-save points, and other in-game numbers are obtained by dialing them. The guides reviewed do not establish a special trophy risk tied to this security-call sequence. The number and prompt order are reported in fan-made walkthroughs rather than official Konami documentation.
