Spoilers: This walkthrough covers the altered St. Amelia Medical Center sequence in Part 3, Chapter 8, “Many Into One.” Five blood bags appear, but they serve different purposes: Alan Duncan and Lesley Greer open two routes; Sarah Watson, Matthew Clark, and George McEwan are used at the transfusion wall. The steps below separate those tasks and finish with the blood-type routing puzzle.
Find the five blood bags
The locations below follow the route reported by Townfall Wiki’s blood-bag walkthrough. The altered ward also contains a hostile creature called The Weight, so expect to evade it while exploring; this is a puzzle route, not a combat guide.

- Alan Duncan: Near a bed after passing through a vent in the right hallway.
- Sarah Watson: In Ward S, room 05.
- Lesley Greer: In Ward S, room 12. First take the Ward W Master Key in room 04, then go to Ward W room 13 and climb the ladder to reach room 12.
- Matthew Clark: At the elevator doors in Ward P, room 03. Activate the elevator from Ward D, room 02, to reach him.
- George McEwan: On the lower floor of Ward P, room 10. The Ward P Master Key is found with George.
Use Alan and Lesley to open the routes
These two bags are for the route doors, not the final transfusion wall. Put Alan Duncan’s bag in the machine by the S.W. door to open that route. Use Lesley Greer’s bag at the D.P. door machine to open the other route. These placements are described in the Townfall Wiki route walkthrough.
Match the final three bags to the patient notes
Once you reach the transfusion wall, the relevant bags are Sarah, Matthew, and George. Use the patient notes as the matching clues; GamesRadar+’s solution gives these matches:

For the physical positions, walkthrough summaries describe the layout slightly differently: one says to place Sarah in the remaining left positions first, then Matthew, with George in the remaining right position; another summarizes it as Sarah and Matthew on the left and George on the right. Use the visible rack and clue labels in your game to confirm the exact slots rather than treating a guide’s shorthand as a definitive left-to-right order. After placing the bags, solve the terminal routing stage. Simon’s wristband shows A+. According to GamesRadar+’s blood-type solution, route O−, O+, A−, and A+ to the center. Then line up T.F., H.M., and S.W. and activate the central ORDELL control; this sequence is also given by Silent Townfall’s walkthrough.
