Spoilers: This reveals the Medical Center blood-bag placements and the final Ordell dial solution. At the final wall stations, place Sarah Watson in the first position on the left, Matthew Clark in the second position on the left, and George McEwan on the right. Then route only T.F., H.M., and S.W. to the center of the final dial and activate ORDELL.
Which blood bags go where at the final wall?
Use the three bags left after opening the ward routes. From the front of the final machine, place them as follows:

| Position | Blood bag | Clue match |
|---|---|---|
| First position on the left | Sarah Watson | Regular pulse and a head wound |
| Second position on the left | Matthew Clark | Confused verbal responses, but follows movement commands |
| Position on the right | George McEwan | Severe burns |
The two other bags collected in the Medical Center are used earlier to open ward routes, not at these final stations. The walkthroughs agree on these placements; describing them by side and order avoids confusion because one guide numbers the slots differently. See GamesRadar+’s blood transfusion puzzle guide and Nerd’s Chalk’s solution.
Activate the transfusion machine
After placing all three bags, use the transfusion switch beside the double doors. This opens the next area and advances you to the final dial.

What is the final Ordell dial order?
Connect exactly these three initials to the center:
- T.F. — Thomas Fergusson (O+)
- H.M. — Hannah McGregor (O−)
- S.W. — Sarah Watson (A+)
Leave the other lines disconnected. When the three correct lines reach the center, activate the central ORDELL section to complete the puzzle. The cited walkthroughs identify Simon Ordell as A+ and list O−, O+, A−, and A+ as compatible donor types; the required three donors for this dial are T.F., H.M., and S.W.

Use the finished connections, not a fixed turn count
There is no reliably universal ring-by-ring rotation count to follow: the starting orientation or control setup can differ. Rotate the rings until only T.F., H.M., and S.W. connect to the center, then confirm at ORDELL. The solution is the visible final configuration, not a particular sequence of turns.

How the two puzzle stages fit together
The Medical Center sequence first asks you to use patient clues to match the remaining bags to people at the wall machine. After the switch opens the next area, the dial asks a different question: which donor blood types are compatible with Ordell. Treating those as separate tasks helps avoid carrying the wall placements over to the dial.

- When Simon Ordell is called back to the island of St. Amelia to "put things in order", he meets a city lying quietly in dense fog, seemingly abandoned, yet anything but dormant
- After venturing further to understand his connection to this place and its inhabitants, he gradually discovers fragments of the past rising to the surface
- Simon must explore, evade and survive from a first-person perspective. It uses a limited arsenal of weapons and tools, including the CRTV: a portable TV to receive unstable signals
- The dodging is tension, the battles are hectic and the story-based puzzles reveal a truth that does not want to remain hidden
The placements and dial connections above are corroborated by game-guide publishers. They are not presented as an official Konami walkthrough.
