Sell raw for immediate proceeds
A raw cranberry gives 75g without occupying a machine or waiting for processing. Sell some or all of the harvest this way if you need gold immediately, have no open processors, or would rather use machine capacity for other crops.

Make jelly for a quicker machine return
A Preserves Jar turns one cranberry into jelly worth 200g at base value, using the general jar formula of twice the crop’s base value plus 50g. Jelly takes about two to three days, making jars a practical choice when you want a substantial increase over the raw price and faster processing than wine. Make wine for the highest listed value per berry
A Keg turns one cranberry into wine worth 225g at base value, using the fruit-value multiplier of three. That is 25g more per berry than jelly, but the Keg is occupied for seven days. Use a dehydrator only after accounting for all five berries
The listed dried-cranberry output is 587g for five cranberries, or 117.4g per input berry before applicable bonuses. That exceeds the raw price per berry but falls below the listed jelly and wine values per berry. Do not compare the 587g batch total directly with the price of a single cranberry.

Cranberries take seven days to mature and regrow every five days afterward, according to the Cranberries page. That recurring harvest can produce more berries than your available jars or Kegs can process at once. In that case, prioritize the machines for the berries you are willing to hold, and sell the rest raw if you want the proceeds sooner rather than letting processing capacity dictate when you get paid.
