The Samsung The Frame Pro 2026 is a design-first 4K TV for buyers who want a framed-art look, a matte screen that handles daytime glare well, and the option to keep the TV’s connections in a separate box. It is a good fit for bright living rooms and for people who put the set on display. It is a weaker choice for dark home theaters, for buyers who need Dolby Vision or DTS, and for fast-action gaming. The 2026 US line comes in four sizes, all using the LS03HW model code.
Which Frame Pro you are buying
The 2026 Frame Pro is model LS03HW. The ordinary 2026 Frame is LS03HE, and the 2025 Pro was LS03FW. Those codes matter when you compare listings, because retailers sometimes group the Pro and the regular Frame under similar names. Samsung’s official listing identifies the 65-inch QN65LS03HWFXZA as a 2026 Frame Pro and labels the regular Frame as LS03HE.

RTINGS tested the 65-inch model and states that its results apply to the other three sizes. Picture behavior should be similar across the line, but the 85-inch set has its own specification sheet with different wall-mount and dimension details, so check that sheet before planning an installation.

What it costs today
Launch MSRPs are a starting point, not a current price. On Samsung’s US product page, the 65-inch model was listed at $1,999.99 in early October 2026. Promotions, retailer discounts and stock levels change often, so compare the live price at Samsung and at authorized retailers before you buy. Also check whether the bezel, soundbar or wall mount in a bundle is actually included, because Samsung’s launch material mentions bundles without giving full terms.
How the Pro differs from the regular 2026 Frame
The two sets share the art-display concept, but the Pro changes how the TV connects and how it handles light.
- Connections: The Pro uses Wireless One Connect, which moves the inputs to a separate box. The regular Frame has its connections built into the TV.
- Brightness and glare: RTINGS says the Pro is brighter than the regular Frame and handles reflections better.
- Local dimming: RTINGS describes the Pro’s local dimming as basic and says it does not materially improve picture quality. Samsung markets the same hardware as Supreme Mini LED dimming, so judge the claim by the independent result rather than the name.
If your room has no separate place for a box and you prefer a single device, the regular Frame avoids that trade-off. If you want the brighter, less reflective panel and can route a short wireless link, the Pro is the reason to pay more.

Picture quality: strong in daylight, limited in the dark
Bright rooms and reflections
The Frame Pro uses a matte Glare Free screen. RTINGS reports that daytime reflection handling is one of the set’s clear strengths, and it describes the TV as well suited to bright rooms. This is the main reason to buy the Pro over a glossy TV in a room with large windows.
Dark rooms and contrast
RTINGS cautions that the set performs less well in dark rooms. Its basic local dimming limits the contrast that a dark-room viewer would notice most. If you watch mainly at night in a darkened room, a conventional TV with stronger local dimming is likely to look better.
HDR and audio formats
RTINGS notes that the Frame Pro does not support Dolby Vision or DTS. Samsung’s LS03HW specification sheet lists Dolby Atmos and 40W 2.0.2-channel speakers, so the built-in audio is a reasonable starting point, but a soundbar will improve the sound for most rooms. Samsung says the Micro HDMI port supports eARC for connecting a soundbar. Confirm that your soundbar and cable support eARC before buying.

Gaming and fast motion
Samsung’s specifications list a 144Hz Motion Xcelerator mode and DLG 240Hz, along with 144Hz and variable refresh rate support. Samsung qualifies these claims. The 4K 144Hz mode requires compatible PC games, and DLG 240Hz reduces image resolution. Results vary by content and setup.

The refresh-rate modes do not change those measured results. If your main use is competitive gaming or high-speed sports, look at a dedicated gaming monitor or TV with lower measured input lag.
Wireless One Connect: placement, power and failure points
Wireless One Connect is the most important installation decision for the Pro. It is a wireless link between the TV and a separate box, and it is not a cordless TV.

- Place the TV on its stand or Slim Fit Wall Mount, which Samsung lists as included with the LS03HW.
- Plug the TV into power. The TV needs its own power connection.
- Place the Wireless One Connect box up to 30 feet away, as Samsung’s announcement states, and plug it into its own power outlet. The box also needs its own power connection.
- Connect your sources, such as a streaming device, game console or cable box, to the box.
- Test the picture in the room where you will watch. Samsung says the wireless link is affected by the environment, so a wall, metal enclosure or other physical object between the TV and box can weaken or interrupt the connection.
If the picture drops or stutters after you install the set, move the box to a clearer line of sight before assuming the TV is faulty. Keep the box’s location in mind when you plan the cable run, the outlet positions and any power strip. Wireless One Connect does not remove the need for power cords; it moves the inputs and cables to another point in the room.

Samsung says the Art Store has more than 5,000 works from more than 800 artists, adds 30 newly curated artworks each month, and includes more than 350 free pieces per year. These are Samsung’s own catalog figures. They are not independently audited counts. Samsung’s April 2026 announcement frames the set this way: “Since pioneering the Art TV category, The Frame lineup has driven a fundamental shift in how shoppers think about TVs.” This statement is promotional, from Shane Higby, Head of Home Entertainment at Samsung Electronics America.

Samsung lists Modern Brown, Modern Teak, Modern White and Sand Gold Metal bezel options. It also names Deco TV Frames as a partner offering bezels for both the Frame Pro and the regular Frame. Check the exact bezel fit for your size before ordering, because Samsung’s material does not confirm dimension compatibility for every third-party frame. Samsung also says the TVs pair with 2026 Q-Series soundbars and Music Studio speakers. Confirm current bundle terms and compatibility before choosing one of those accessories.

How it compares with other art-style TVs
RTINGS compared the Frame Pro with the Hisense CanvasTV 2026, Amazon Ember Artline 2026 and TCL NXTVISION. Its review concludes that the Frame Pro performs better overall than those listed rivals. The same review notes that similarly priced conventional TVs can deliver stronger picture performance, so an art-style TV is a purchase for the design and placement benefits, not for the best picture per dollar.
Who should buy it, and who should not
- Buy it if your main room is bright, you want a matte screen that reduces reflections, and you value the framed-art look on display most of the time.
- Buy it if you can accept a separate Wireless One Connect box and its power cord in exchange for flexible placement of connections.
- Skip it if you mostly watch in a dark room, need Dolby Vision or DTS, or play fast action games where motion clarity and input lag matter.
- Consider the regular 2026 Frame if you want a single-device setup and do not need the Pro’s brightness and glare handling.
