Samsung Galaxy S25 FE 512GB reportedly drops to £499—matching a 128GB deal

The reported £499 deal is for the 512GB Galaxy S25 FE, not the standard Galaxy S25. Here’s how it compares with 128GB listings and what to check before ordering.

Correction: this deal is for Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE, not the standard Galaxy S25. T3 reported on 2 October 2026 that the new 512GB Galaxy S25 FE was listed at £499 at Amazon, against a stated £799 price. That was a dated deal report, not a live checkout confirmation, so you should verify the current Amazon price, stock and seller before buying.

Is the 512GB Galaxy S25 FE really cheaper than a 128GB model?

It was the same price as one specific 128GB listing, not proven to be cheaper than every 128GB version. T3’s report put the 512GB model at £499 on Amazon and separately listed a 128GB Galaxy S25 FE at £499 from Carphone Warehouse. Those offers came from different retailers and may not remain available.

Galaxy S25 FE configuration Retailer and reported price What the report establishes
512GB Amazon — £499 Reported by T3 on 2 October 2026; current price and stock were not checked
128GB Carphone Warehouse — £499 Same reported price as the 512GB deal; dated listing
256GB Laptops Direct — £529 Dated listing reported by T3
128GB Argos — £649 Dated listing reported by T3
128GB Very — £868 Dated listing reported by T3

The practical takeaway is storage value: if the £499 Amazon offer is still genuine and the phone is new, 512GB gives you four times the capacity of 128GB for the same reported price. Check that the listing is for the 512GB handset, confirm the seller and warranty, and review delivery and return terms before payment.

How the reported price compares with launch pricing

T3 said the Galaxy S25 FE launched in September 2025, with the entry model priced at £649 and the 512GB version at £799. On that basis, £499 would be £300 below the stated 512GB price and £150 below the stated entry-model launch price. These are figures attributed to T3’s article, not a current Samsung price list.

What you get with the Galaxy S25 FE

Large 6.7-inch display

T3 describes the S25 FE as similar in size to the Galaxy S25 Plus and gives it a 6.7-inch display. The report says its resolution is lower than the S25 Plus, so buyers prioritising maximum sharpness should check the exact specification for the regional model.

Three rear cameras, with stated compromises

The article identifies a main camera, a wide camera and a zoom camera on the rear. It presents the FE’s camera capabilities as below those of higher-tier S-series phones; it does not provide laboratory image tests or a quantified comparison.

Exynos 2400 processor

T3 lists Samsung’s Exynos 2400 processor and contrasts it with Qualcomm Snapdragon processors used in higher-tier S-series models. That is a platform distinction, not evidence of a measured performance gap in this deal report.

Galaxy S25 FE versus Galaxy S25 Plus

The source’s comparison is descriptive rather than a head-to-head benchmark. The main differences it highlights are:

Storage in this deal 512GB reported at £499 on Amazon Not stated in the deal report

Choose the FE when storage and a lower reported price matter more than the Plus model’s higher-resolution display and higher-tier component positioning. Choose the S25 Plus only after checking its own current price and specification; this report does not establish a value comparison for it.

What to check before ordering

  1. Confirm the model name: the listing should say Galaxy S25 FE, not Galaxy S25 or Galaxy S25 Plus.
  2. Confirm capacity: select the 512GB variant and check the capacity again in the basket.
  3. Check seller and condition: T3 described its deal as new, but the live listing should state who fulfils the order and whether it is new, refurbished or used.
  4. Check the final total: delivery charges, promotions, trade-in conditions or contract requirements can change the payable amount.
  5. Check region and returns: verify UK compatibility, warranty coverage and the retailer’s return window.
  6. Recheck availability: £499 was the price T3 reported on 2 October 2026; it can expire or sell out.

What the S26 FE comparison means

T3 also mentioned the newer Galaxy S26 FE and said its author, who had reviewed that model, found the differences small. That is the author’s assessment, not a measured comparison supplied with the deal figures. Treat it as context rather than proof that one model is faster, better photographed or better value.

Bottom line on the £499 deal

The headline shorthand is misleading: the product is the 512GB Samsung Galaxy S25 FE. T3 reported it at £499 on Amazon on 2 October 2026, while a separate 128GB Carphone Warehouse listing was also £499. If the Amazon listing still shows a new 512GB phone at that price, it is the stronger storage deal; the report alone cannot guarantee that price or availability today.
