Khaby Lame leads the cited September 29, 2026 snapshot, with 162,970,067 followers reported. Because the figure is from a dated ranking rather than a live counter, it should be read as the count reported on that date—not as a guaranteed current total.

Why another ranking may show different totals
Epidemic Sound published a separate list on September 11, 2026. It also placed Khaby Lame first and discussed Charli D’Amelio, MrBeast and TikTok, but its displayed totals were different: 162.8 million for Lame, 159.7 million for D’Amelio, 140.5 million for MrBeast and 95.7 million for TikTok. Those figures come from an earlier snapshot, so the two publishers’ totals should not be combined as if they were measured at the same time.
Neither ranking is identified as an audit of TikTok’s follower data. For a consistent comparison, use one publisher’s list and its stated update date.
