In published tests, AnTuTu v10 scores range from 1,975,467 to 2,113,343; Geekbench results also vary by test and source. The figures below identify where each result came from so you can compare them fairly.

These are source-specific observations, not conflicting measurements that can be reduced to one definitive number. For example, the Gadgets 360 and Notebookcheck AnTuTu results both identify version 10 but come from separate review tests. UL Benchmarks and Geekbench Browser draw on user submissions rather than one controlled review run.

What the benchmark results show
AnTuTu
Gadgets 360 reports 2,113,343 in AnTuTu v10, while Notebookcheck reports 1,975,467 in AnTuTu v10. Both figures are for the same benchmark version, but they come from separate review units and testing conditions. Neither should be treated as a guaranteed score for every Galaxy S25.
Geekbench
Geekbench reports processor performance as separate single-core and multi-core scores; those measures are not interchangeable. Gadgets 360 recorded 3,034 single-core and 9,211 multi-core. Notebookcheck’s Geekbench 6.7 test recorded 3,087 and 9,776, respectively. Geekbench Browser’s live Geekbench 6 device chart shows 2,441 single-core and 8,606 multi-core from its submission-based pool. The live chart may change as more results are submitted.

PCMark
PCMark Work scores are close but not identical across the cited sources: Gadgets 360 reports 20,833 for Work 3.0, Notebookcheck reports 20,623 for Work 3.x, and UL Benchmarks lists a 20,022 median for Work 3.0 based on user submissions. Version labels and the collection method matter when interpreting these differences.
Why Galaxy S25 scores vary
Benchmark results depend on more than the phone’s model name. Software updates, temperature, background activity, settings, benchmark version and ordinary run-to-run variation can all affect a result. Aggregated user data adds another variable: UL notes that submissions may come from less-than-ideal conditions, and its displayed scores are medians rather than a single controlled test.

Notebookcheck identifies its tested configuration as Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy with 12,288 MB of memory; its review page was updated February 18, 2026. Gadgets 360’s comparison table identifies the processor as Snapdragon 8 Elite (3 nm). These details help describe the tested devices, but they do not make the scores universal device specifications.
Which Galaxy S25 score should you use?
- For a review-to-review comparison: use results from the same publication and testing method, rather than combining one site’s Galaxy S25 score with another site’s rival-phone score.
- For Geekbench: match the version and compare single-core with single-core or multi-core with multi-core.
- For AnTuTu and PCMark: check the exact version or mode, and distinguish a review-unit result from a submission-based median or chart.
- For your own phone: treat a benchmark run as a snapshot under its current software and thermal conditions, not as a pass-or-fail specification.
A modest difference between published scores does not, by itself, establish a perceptible difference in everyday speed. Benchmark figures are useful for controlled comparisons; they do not directly describe every app or user’s experience.

What Samsung says about the Galaxy S25 processor
Samsung’s January 22, 2025 announcement says the Galaxy S25 series is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. Samsung also claims that the processor provides 40% higher NPU performance, 37% higher CPU performance and 30% higher GPU performance versus the previous generation, and describes a vapor chamber that is 40% larger. Those are Samsung’s manufacturer comparisons, not independently measured results from the AnTuTu, Geekbench or PCMark tests listed above.
