How to check a game’s RPCS3 compatibility
- Open the RPCS3 Compatibility List.
- Search for the game’s title or its PS3 game ID in the list’s search field.
- Read the compatibility status and the entry’s update date, if one is shown.
- Open the title link to view the game’s wiki page, or the ID link to view its forum thread. These pages can provide more specific information than the summary label.
- Check the entry again before relying on it later, since RPCS3 says the list is subject to frequent change.
What the RPCS3 compatibility statuses mean
RPCS3 defines five categories. They describe how far a game gets and whether it can be completed, along with performance and glitch considerations.

These labels are RPCS3’s own categories, not independent benchmarks. In particular, “Playable” combines completion, performance, and game-breaking glitches into one summary; it does not specify every setting, game update, or computer that may affect an individual experience.

Use the linked wiki page or forum thread to understand the observations behind the status. When comparing reports or deciding whether a result is relevant to your setup, look for information about:
