Its “up to 65 days” dust-storage claim is not a promise of 65 days without attention: actual intervals depend on use, and the dirty-water tank still needs care. The main drawbacks are weak hair pickup—particularly on carpet—and forceful bumps into furniture, according to Tom’s Guide reviewer Ashley Thieme.
What the Qrevo 2 Pro is—and how much room it needs
The Qrevo 2 Pro is a robot vacuum and mop paired with a multifunction dock. The robot measures 13.9 × 13.8 × 3.8 inches; together, the robot and dock measure 19.5 × 17.7 × 15.8 inches. Thieme describes the dock as compact for this category, but it still needs a power outlet and enough clear space for the robot to reverse into it. Check the combined dimensions against the intended location, rather than judging the fit by the robot alone.

The dock has a 2.7 L dustbag and 4 L clean- and dirty-water tanks. Roborock lists maximum suction of 25,000 Pa and a runtime of 253 minutes; those figures describe specifications, not a guarantee of cleaning performance or coverage in every home. The UK launch report from T3 also lists the 25,000 Pa suction and up-to-65-day storage claim (T3’s UK launch report).
What “up to 65 days” of maintenance means
The 65-day figure is an upper-end, use-dependent claim for routine attention to the dock’s dust and water systems—not a guarantee that the robot runs unattended for that long. How often you vacuum, how much debris your floors collect, and how frequently you mop all affect the interval. The dirty-water tank still needs attention; Thieme says she prefers emptying it more often to help avoid odors. Treat the headline number as reduced maintenance, not maintenance-free operation.

The dock washes the mop pads at 167°F and dries them with 113°F warm air, according to the review. These functions reduce manual pad care, but they do not remove the need to check the tanks and other parts as your use requires.
How well it vacuums on hard floors and carpet
Thieme tested hair, Rice Krispies and flaxseeds on a six-by-three-foot grid. In Tom’s Guide’s stated standardized test, the Qrevo 2 Pro picked up ordinary debris more effectively than hair, with weaker results across the board on carpet:

These are results from Thieme’s 2026 Tom’s Guide test, not universal benchmarks or a guarantee for different floor types and household conditions. They point to a useful distinction: the Qrevo 2 Pro handled cereal and seeds on hardwood well in that test, but did not pick up hair as effectively. Thieme characterizes it as better suited to everyday cleaning than deep cleaning and cautions pet owners about fur left behind, especially on carpet.

For mopping, Thieme tested soy sauce, mayonnaise and mud and reported good results after two passes. She also found its LiDAR mapping accurate; mapping four rooms took around ten minutes in her review. The Roborock app offers controls for suction, mop-water level, number of passes and maps, so you can tailor routine cleaning to the home.

Mapping accuracy does not mean obstacle avoidance is gentle. Thieme reported that the robot bumped forcefully into sofa legs and a dining table. If furniture is delicate, or if you expect a robot to navigate closely around clutter without contact, that behavior is a meaningful drawback to weigh alongside its cleaning results.
Who should consider it?
- Mostly hard floors and routine cleaning: The reported mopping and hardwood debris results make it a more convincing fit for everyday upkeep than intensive hair removal.
- Limited room for a dock: Its dock is described as compact for this product category, but confirm the full 19.5 × 17.7 × 15.8-inch combined footprint and allow reversing clearance.
- Pets or carpet-heavy rooms: The review’s hair pickup was weak, with a 48% result on carpet in its test. Consider whether you are willing to do supplementary cleaning.
- Delicate furniture or clutter: The reported forceful contact with furniture may make it a poor match for rooms where bumps are unacceptable.
Price and availability
Tom’s Guide reported review-time prices of $799 in the U.S. and £1,199 in the U.K., but those are not reliable current prices.
