If there is a hash, use Robinhood’s explorer link to see whether the transfer was broadcast, whether the recipient matches, and how many confirmations it has. If there is no hash, check the in-app status, verification, withdrawal limit, and allowlist settings. Do not submit another withdrawal until you have checked the original: Robinhood says crypto transfers cannot be canceled or reversed once sent.
Start with the transaction status and hash
In the Robinhood app, open the crypto transaction in your activity and record the asset, amount, destination, date, displayed status, and any transaction hash or explorer link. The hash is the key distinction: the app can show a transfer still being processed by Robinhood, while an explorer can show the public blockchain state after a transaction has been broadcast.

Use the explorer link supplied in the transaction details and confirm that its hash matches the app. Check the recipient address and confirmation count. Robinhood notes that a blockchain transaction may contain multiple inputs and outputs because platforms can batch transfers, so not every address visible in an explorer necessarily belongs to you. Do not reuse a Robinhood-managed sending address displayed on a withdrawal as a deposit address.

If the withdrawal has a hash but is still pending
If the explorer shows the transaction waiting for confirmations, it has been broadcast and is awaiting network progress. Confirmation speed varies by asset and network, and congestion can extend the wait. Robinhood says confirmation requirements and approximate times differ by crypto and may change; the estimates depend on network conditions, and actual processing may take longer. Check the current requirements on its Crypto transfers page rather than treating an estimate as a guaranteed deadline.

Robinhood’s guide says ordinary confirmations for crypto being credited into Robinhood can take up to a few hours, but that is not a universal service deadline for an outgoing withdrawal. Its Robinhood Connect FAQ also describes confirmation timing before crypto is credited to a Robinhood account; that guidance should not be read as a promise about every withdrawal.
For context, the Crypto transfers page lists examples including BTC at 3 confirmations (approximately 1 hour), LTC at 12 (approximately 30 minutes), and SOL at 1 (approximately 400 milliseconds). Robinhood warns that actual processing can take longer and confirmation requirements may change, so verify the live page for the asset in your transaction.

If there is no hash or the app has not initiated the transfer
Check the transaction details, account notifications, and crypto-transfer eligibility before retrying. Robinhood says verification to enable crypto transfers is usually quick, but review after submitting verification information can take up to 5 business days. Your current withdrawal limit is account-specific and may be affected by verification, transaction history, preferred payment methods, and recent account activity. Limits can vary daily and cannot currently be manually increased; check the limit shown in your app.
Also check whether you recently enabled “Allow withdrawals only to allowlisted addresses.” Robinhood says withdrawals to new addresses are paused for 48 hours after enabling this setting. Transfers to addresses that were already allowlisted remain possible during the hold.

If Robinhood marks the withdrawal as failed
Read the exact reason shown in the transaction details or notification. Before attempting another transfer, confirm that:
- The selected crypto and network are supported by the receiving wallet.
- The destination address is correct.
- Any required memo or tag is included.
- The original attempt has no existing hash showing that it was broadcast.
A failed label in the app alone does not establish that it is safe to resend. Robinhood warns that sending crypto to a wrong or incompatible address can result in permanent loss, and an on-chain transfer cannot be reversed. Confirm the original transaction’s status before creating a replacement.

Contact Robinhood support with the transaction details
For a withdrawal from a Robinhood Crypto account, use the support flow for that account and provide the asset, amount, date, status, destination, and hash if one is available. Do not share your password, one-time codes, or recovery phrase with anyone claiming to help.

What a pending status does—and does not—tell you
“Pending” does not identify one cause by itself. Without a hash, focus on Robinhood’s app status, account eligibility, limits, verification, and security settings. With a hash, the explorer can show whether the transaction is on-chain and how confirmation is progressing. Robinhood’s Wallet FAQ says wallet transactions may remain pending or unconfirmed because of transaction volume, confirmation speed, or transaction size; that general Wallet guidance is not a specific diagnosis of every Robinhood Crypto withdrawal.
