The aim is to give an agent context about what was already attempted before deciding what to do next—not to have software diagnose or resolve the problem on its own.
How ResolveIQ is intended to work
In the project account, an agent enters a customer identifier and the current issue into a Streamlit-based support application. ResolveIQ asks Hindsight persistent memory for relevant earlier interactions, then evaluates that context for recurring problems, completed verification or troubleshooting, and signs of frustration. The proposed flow is: current issue, history retrieval, historical context, and guidance about whether escalation may be appropriate.

The author describes using Hindsight’s retain and recall capabilities to store support interactions and retrieve them later. A recall request is framed around the customer identifier and the current issue; the account illustrates the integration with a Python client call using bank_id="resolveiq" and a query. This is the author’s description of the integration, not independent confirmation of a deployed or production system. The project account on DEV Community describes the workflow.
What changes when a customer returns
The author’s example involves customer C102 returning with a payment failure. In the earlier interaction, support asked the customer to complete bank verification. The customer completed it, but the payment problem came back.
#1 Best Overall
Without the earlier history, an agent might treat the conversation as new and repeat the verification step. With the recalled context, the agent can see that verification was already completed and did not resolve the issue. The suggested next move is to review the previous case and consider escalation. The memory supplies context for that decision; it does not identify the cause of the payment failure or fix it.
What the account does—and does not—show
The project’s proposed value is continuity: an agent can take prior attempts into account before choosing a next step. As the author puts it, “The difference is not that the system magically solves the payment problem. The difference is that the agent receives relevant history before repeating a step that has already been attempted.”
Rank #2
The account offers an illustrative scenario, not measured evidence of better support outcomes. It reports no evaluation of retrieval accuracy, reduction in repeated troubleshooting, customer-satisfaction result, or comparison with a baseline. The intended benefit should therefore be understood as a design rationale, not a demonstrated productivity or quality improvement.

Persistent support history can influence decisions, so the implementation needs clear rules for what is stored, how it is retrieved, and how errors are corrected. The project account does not document the following controls; they are questions an organization would need to resolve rather than established defects or safeguards in ResolveIQ.

- Create a mix using audio, music and voice tracks and recordings.
- Customize your tracks with amazing effects and helpful editing tools.
- Use tools like the Beat Maker and Midi Creator.
- Work efficiently by using Bookmarks and tools like Effect Chain, which allow you to apply multiple effects at a time
- Use one of the many other NCH multimedia applications that are integrated with MixPad.
- Identity scoping: How does the system ensure memories belong to the correct customer and avoid collisions between identifiers?
- Memory quality: How can agents recognize stale or incorrect history, and correct it before it shapes a recommendation?
- Evidence visibility: Can an agent inspect the prior interaction behind an escalation suggestion instead of relying on an unexplained summary?
- Access and retention: Which users can access stored support details, how are deletion requests handled, and how is sensitive information managed?
- Workflow fit: How does retrieval connect to the ticketing or CRM system agents already use?
The account also does not establish whether ResolveIQ is public, hosted, maintained, licensed, or commercially available. It should be treated as a described project workflow, not as a product readers can be assumed to obtain.
