Xiaomi’s support instructions say to power off the phone and restart it to exit Safe Mode. This standard procedure does not require an accessory or purchased product.
Why apps may seem to disappear in Safe Mode
Safe Mode starts the phone with system apps while disabling third-party apps. That can help isolate problems such as app-related crashes, freezes, or slow performance. Xiaomi says third-party app icons return after the phone restarts, so their absence in Safe Mode does not by itself mean they have been deleted. See Xiaomi’s Safe Mode FAQ for its explanation of app icons and restarting.

If your Redmi starts in Safe Mode again
Xiaomi’s general exit instruction is to restart, but its support information does not establish one universal cause or fix for a phone that repeatedly returns to Safe Mode across Redmi models and software versions.

If the problem persists, consult Xiaomi support information for your exact model rather than trying button combinations at random. Button combinations vary in purpose and may open recovery or another startup mode.
-
If you also suspect a hardware problem, seek advice from an authorized service center. Xiaomi’s troubleshooting guidance discusses button faults in abnormal restart scenarios and recommends authorized service for suspected hardware problems; it does not diagnose every recurring Safe Mode case.

For example, Xiaomi’s global FAQ confirms Safe Mode support for the REDMI Note 14 5G and describes holding the volume-down button during startup as an entry instruction. That is not the normal exit procedure. Other models or software versions may differ.
