The India-market realme P4 5G and Russia-listed Infinix HOT 70 Pro 5G+ differ most clearly in display type, listed chipset, battery capacity and charging rating. The official realme India page specifies a 144 Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 7400 Ultra, 7000 mAh typical battery and up to 80 W charging; Infinix’s Russia page lists a 144 Hz LCD, Dimensity 7100 5G, 6000 mAh battery and 45 W charging. These are regional models, and their specifications alone do not establish which performs better in everyday use. A current, like-for-like price difference is not verified.
Check the exact model before comparing
The names can be misleading. realme has an India-specific realme P4 5G page and a separate Global realme P4 page. The global model lists a different chipset, screen refresh rate and charging speed, so it should not be treated as the same configuration as the India P4 5G.

Where the listed differences matter
Display: AMOLED versus LCD
Both regional specification pages list a maximum 144 Hz refresh rate, but the panels differ: AMOLED on the realme and LTPS LCD on the Infinix. A refresh-rate figure describes the stated ceiling, not how often the screen runs at that rate in every app or condition. The specifications do not provide brightness or equivalent display-quality measurements, so they cannot settle which screen looks better.
Chipsets: model names are not performance tests
The listed processors are Dimensity 7400 Ultra for realme and Dimensity 7100 5G for Infinix. Those names identify the components, but the cited product pages do not provide comparable benchmark results or independent testing. Do not infer a measured speed or gaming advantage from this specification comparison alone.

Cameras: resolution does not determine photo quality
The realme listing specifies a 50 MP main camera alongside an 8 MP wide-angle camera and a 16 MP front camera. Infinix lists a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main camera and an 8 MP front camera. The listed camera details do not establish differences in real-world image quality, processing or video performance.

Battery and charging: ratings, not endurance results
realme states a 7000 mAh typical battery capacity and up to 80 W charging; Infinix lists 6000 mAh and 45 W charging. These figures describe stated capacity and charging ratings, not independently measured battery life or time to recharge. Actual results are not established by the cited specifications.

What is the price difference?
A reliable current price comparison for matching configurations is not established. A 91mobiles comparison snapshot displayed ₹20,999 for the realme P4 and marked it out of stock, while showing ₹24,999 for the Infinix HOT 70 Pro 5G listing. That page uses shortened model names and does not confirm equivalent storage variants; it is not a current, official quote for two confirmed India-market SKUs. See the 91mobiles comparison listing as a dated reference, not a dependable basis for a present-day saving.
Before comparing seller prices, match the full model name, RAM and storage configuration, warranty, seller and stock status in the same country. Without those checks, a price gap may reflect different variants or availability rather than a meaningful like-for-like difference.
Quick Recap
Which one should you choose?
- Consider the India realme P4 5G if its AMOLED panel, larger stated typical battery or higher charging rating are priorities, and the exact configuration is available where you live.
- Consider the Russia-listed HOT 70 Pro 5G+ if its listed configuration and LCD screen suit your needs and you can verify local availability, warranty and price for model X6896.
- Wait to decide on camera or performance if those are decisive: the cited manufacturer specifications do not provide comparable independent tests.
