On listed specifications, the realme GT 7T is the stronger choice if you want the higher-rated chipset and very fast wired charging (120 W). The iQOO Z11 is the better fit if a 144 Hz curved AMOLED screen and a slightly larger battery matter more, since it lists a 7050 mAh capacity and 44 W charging. Both comparisons below rely on manufacturer product pages and a third-party comparison listing. None of the figures come from hands-on testing, so treat them as stated values rather than measured performance.
Specifications at a glance
| Buyer priority | realme GT 7T | iQOO Z11 | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chipset | MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Max | MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo | The GT 7T has the higher-rated chipset on paper. Neither listing is backed by a benchmark or sustained gaming test in this comparison. |
| Display | 6.8-inch, 120 Hz (per a third-party comparison listing) | 6.83-inch curved AMOLED, 144 Hz (iQOO India product page) | The Z11 lists the higher refresh rate and the curved panel. |
| Battery | 7000 mAh typical capacity (realme India product page) | 7050 mAh typical capacity (iQOO India product page) | The Z11’s stated capacity is marginally larger. Capacity alone does not predict battery life. |
| Wired charging | 120 W | 44 W | The GT 7T has the substantially higher rated charging power. Actual speed depends on the charger and conditions. |
| RAM and storage listed | 8/12 GB RAM; 256/512 GB storage | 6/8/12 GB RAM; 128/256 GB storage | The Z11 has a lower entry configuration. Match memory and storage before comparing prices. |
| Rear cameras | 50 MP + 8 MP (third-party comparison listing) | 50 MP Sony IMX882 with OIS + 8 MP ultrawide (iQOO India product page) | Megapixel counts do not establish image quality. The Z11 page confirms OIS on the main sensor. |
| Front camera | 32 MP (third-party comparison listing) | 32 MP | Equal on the listed figures. |
| Software base | Android 15 (realme India product page) | OriginOS 6 (iQOO India product page); Android 16 appears in a third-party comparison listing | The two sources disagree for the Z11. Check current support terms before relying on update promises. |
Chipset and performance
The GT 7T lists the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Max, and the Z11 lists the Dimensity 7500 Turbo. A higher-tier chipset generally points to more headroom for demanding tasks, but a chip name alone does not show how a phone performs once heat, thermal limits and software tuning are factored in. No benchmark, frame-rate test or sustained-load result is available for either phone here, so any performance gap is a paper-spec difference only.

Display
The Z11 is the clear winner on refresh rate: its 144 Hz curved AMOLED panel is listed on iQOO’s own page. The GT 7T’s 120 Hz figure comes from a third-party comparison listing. Verify it on realme’s official page before you treat it as final. A higher refresh rate makes motion look smoother, but it does not by itself indicate brightness, colour accuracy or panel quality, and none of those are measured here.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Battery and charging
The two battery figures are close: 7000 mAh for the GT 7T and 7050 mAh for the Z11, both labelled as typical capacity. Realme states that its performance figures come from laboratory tests. Its 120 W figure is therefore a manufacturer claim under test conditions, not a guarantee for every charger or environment.
#1 Best Overall
iQOO describes 44 W as the maximum output when using its official standard charger, and notes that actual charging power can vary. In practice, a buyer who charges quickly and often will feel the gap between 120 W and 44 W far more than the 50 mAh difference in capacity.
What to check before relying on charging speed
- Whether the phone ships with the charger, or whether you must buy a compatible one at the rated wattage.
- Whether the charging figure applies to the exact model and region you are buying.
- Whether your existing cables and adapters can deliver the wattage you need.
Cameras
Both phones list a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP secondary camera, with a 32 MP front camera. iQOO confirms a Sony IMX882 sensor with optical image stabilisation on the Z11’s main camera, and the GT 7T’s listing does not state the same. Sensor and stabilisation details are the most useful camera facts on paper, but image quality depends on processing and tuning, which this comparison does not assess.

Price difference
A third-party comparison listing shows ₹38,999 for the realme GT 7T in the 256 GB / 8 GB configuration, and ₹34,999 for the iQOO Z11. The listing does not state the Z11’s RAM and storage configuration for that price, so the figures are not a like-for-like comparison. The same listing shows a 512 GB GT 7T price and different figures for another configuration, but those numbers are not used here because the matching Z11 variants are not confirmed.

How to compare prices correctly
- Pick the RAM and storage tier you need first. The GT 7T is listed at 256/512 GB and the Z11 at 128/256 GB, so a 128 GB Z11 compared against a 256 GB GT 7T is not a fair price gap.
- Open the same retailer for both phones, so that any discount or delivery charge applies equally.
- Check whether the figure is an offer price (with bank or coupon discounts) or a list price, and note the date you checked.
- Confirm that both prices refer to the same region and warranty terms.
Which phone to choose
- Choose the realme GT 7T if the higher-rated chipset and 120 W charging are your priorities and its current price fits your budget at 256 GB or above.
- Choose the iQOO Z11 if you value a 144 Hz curved AMOLED display, a slightly larger stated battery, or a lower-priced entry configuration at 128 GB.
- Decide on storage first. If you need 256 GB or more, compare the GT 7T’s 256 GB price with the Z11’s 256 GB price, not the entry-level figures.
For software, confirm the current update commitment on each brand’s official support page before buying, because the two sources above do not agree on the Z11’s base Android version.
