Progress Bar V05 is a free HTML/CSS template built around two semicircle gauge cards: one for a credit score and one for server CPU and memory. Colorlib describes it as a standalone design that can also be incorporated into Bootstrap projects; it does not require Bootstrap files, JavaScript, or plugins for the supplied example.
What Progress Bar V05 includes
The design pairs two different dashboard uses. The credit-score card shows a needle against five colored bands, with a legend that identifies the score range. Its accessible value description can combine the numeric score and its category—for example, “742, Very good.” The server card uses arc gauges for CPU and memory, with accompanying details for uptime, request rate, and latency. These are the template’s described contents, not a performance-monitoring service or live data connection.

Colorlib lists V05 for finance apps and monitoring dashboards. The semicircle shape makes sense when a value’s position on a defined scale is the point; for straightforward task completion, a familiar linear progress bar is usually a more direct fit.

Colorlib describes the download as plain HTML and CSS, with no JavaScript, Bootstrap files, or plugins required. It says the template can be used by itself or incorporated into projects using Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6. That is the publisher’s compatibility statement, not an independently verified test across those versions. The page lists a download size of 191 KB.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
The example’s lack of JavaScript means its displayed values should be treated as static unless you add your own data and update behavior. The page does not establish tested dynamic updates. If values need to change as a task runs or monitoring data arrives, implement that behavior separately and keep the visible gauge, accessible value, and textual status synchronized.
Gauge or Bootstrap’s native progress bar?
V05 is a specialized gauge design, rather than a variation of Bootstrap’s built-in progress component. Bootstrap’s native component is a linear bar with documented options for labels, height, width, contextual colors, stripes, animation, and stacked segments. - Use a gauge when a scaled score or measurement and its range are central to the dashboard, as with the credit-score example.
- Use a linear bar when the reader needs to see completion toward a bounded task or process.
- Use text as well as color to identify status. Bootstrap cautions that color alone does not convey meaning to assistive technology.
For Bootstrap 5.3’s documented markup, put role="progressbar" and the relevant ARIA value attributes on the outer .progress element. The inner .progress-bar supplies the visual fill and can carry an optional label. Bootstrap’s migration guide explains that moving the semantics to the wrapper addressed cases where screen readers did not announce zero-value progress bars. See the Bootstrap 5.3 progress component documentation and Bootstrap 5.3 migration guide.

A visual arc or needle is not enough to communicate a value to someone using assistive technology. Give each gauge an accessible name and expose its current value and scale meaningfully; for the score example, a description that includes both the score and its qualitative band is more informative than color alone. Also provide the server readings in text, and ensure that changing values are announced appropriately if you add live updates. Colorlib describes an accessible score value example, but the exact page does not document or independently validate every accessibility behavior of the template.
