What the safety report found
Now To Love reported on July 23, 2019, that CHOICE testers gave the Pouch 2 in 1 an overall score of 35%. The article described a head-entrapment risk at the head end of the seat, a fall hazard if barrier straps were removed, and a harness strangulation risk: under the test force, the shoulder and waist straps did not separate immediately and formed a loop.

The article attributed the findings to Kim Gilmour, identified as a CHOICE pram expert. Gilmour said: “While this pram has a lot of useful features, such as the easy conversion from seat to bassinet mode and extra seat padding, there is a head entrapment risk at the head end of the seat,” and, “And if the barrier straps are removed, there’s a fall hazard. The harness also poses a strangulation risk, as the shoulder and waist straps didn’t separate immediately when the appropriate test force was applied, forming a loop.” These are findings reported by Now To Love from CHOICE testing; they should not be read as a new assessment of current units.
The retailer listing separately claims compliance with AS/NZS 2088:2013. That listing claim does not negate or replace the reported test findings. Before buying or using a second-hand or remaining-stock unit, verify its exact model and current safety and recall status with relevant Australian authorities and the seller.

What the Pouch 2-in-1 includes
The retailer describes it as a stroller and bassinet combination with a reversible padded seat, quick-folding design, canopy, under-seat basket, five-point harness, cushion and mosquito net. ProductReview.com.au identifies the model as MPN 188135.
The listing gives a weight of 12 kg and folded dimensions of 58 × 100 × 35 cm. These are retailer-published specifications, not independent measurements. The retailer also lists a 12-month warranty; confirm whether any warranty applies to the particular unit and seller before purchase.

Is the Pouch 2-in-1 still available?
ProductReview.com.au labels MPN 188135 discontinued. A Big W search result has also surfaced a Pouch 2-in-1 listing, but the exact model or variant match and live availability are uncertain. Do not assume a current listing is the same model reviewed here: check the MPN and safety information directly with the retailer.

Folding and car-boot space
Bulk is the clearest practical drawback in the owner comments. Reviewers describe the folded pram as large, and one says the bassinet may need to be removed to fit it into a smaller car. Another found folding easy but still called the pram heavy and big. The retailer’s folded dimensions can help with a first check, but measure your own boot and account for the bassinet and other items rather than relying on a general fit claim.
Rain cover and accessories
One owner said the pram did not include a rain cover and that a cover bought online fit. That single account does not establish compatibility across versions or with any particular cover.

How to assess a used or remaining-stock unit
- Confirm the product identity, including whether it is MPN 188135, rather than relying on the product name alone.
- Check current safety and recall information for the exact unit before purchase or use.
- Ask the seller for the unit’s condition, included parts and any available documentation; the historical report does not establish the condition or status of an individual pram.
- Measure the folded pram and bassinet against your vehicle’s available space.
- Verify warranty, repair and accessory support for that specific unit rather than assuming retailer listing claims apply.
