CHOICE’s Polo PC35RWF listing labels the model discontinued. It also displays $899, but gives no publication year for that price; it should not be treated as a current offer.
Is the Polo PC35RWF still available?
CHOICE marks the model discontinued. That status means the accessible listing does not establish that it can currently be bought new, and its displayed $899 price does not confirm a current retailer offer. Availability of used units or remaining stock would need to be checked with sellers directly.

What the published review can—and cannot—tell you
CHOICE’s accessible page identifies an Expert Rating, cooling score, energy-efficiency score and high-fan noise result, but marks them members-only. It does not provide values that can be responsibly reported here. The accessible information therefore supports a specifications summary, not a performance verdict or a comparison ranking.
The 3.5 kW figure is a listed cooling capacity, not a tested result or a guarantee of performance in a particular room. The source does not provide recommended room size, running-cost data, or a quantified heating capacity. It also does not establish the PC35RWF’s noise level or energy efficiency.

What to check before considering a used unit
- Confirm that the unit powers on and operates in cooling mode; the published capacity alone cannot establish its present condition.
- Check that the remote control and window kit are included. CHOICE lists them as supplied accessories, but does not establish whether replacement parts or kits are sold separately.
- Ask about service history, warranty coverage and local repair support. These details are not available in CHOICE’s accessible listing.
- Measure the intended location and route for the exhaust/window setup against the listed dimensions. The unit weighs 32.5 kg, a relevant constraint when moving it.
