A detailed 120Hz AMOLED display
The 6.67-inch panel has a 2712 × 1220 resolution and a maximum 120Hz refresh rate, giving the X6 a strong display specification for browsing, video and compatible games. Xiaomi lists 1200 nits HBM brightness and 1800 nits peak brightness. Those are manufacturer figures, not independently verified brightness measurements in the available review evidence. Gorilla Glass Victus protects the screen.

The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 is paired, in the listed global configurations, with as much as 12GB of physical RAM and 512GB of storage. Xiaomi specifies LPDDR4X memory and UFS 2.2 storage. Stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack round out a practical feature set. The specifications support a solid general-purpose proposition, but they do not by themselves establish how the phone performs in every demanding game or workload.

Large battery and fast charging
Xiaomi specifies a 5100mAh typical-capacity battery and 67W charging. In Tech Advisor’s 2024 PCMark battery test, the phone lasted 13 hours and 24 minutes with the screen set to 200 nits. That is one publication’s result under stated test conditions, not a promise of everyday screen-on time; actual endurance depends on usage, settings, network conditions and battery condition.
Optical stabilization on the main camera
The 64MP main camera includes optical image stabilization (OIS), and Xiaomi specifies rear video recording up to 4K at 30 frames per second. OIS can help counter some camera movement, but it does not guarantee strong results in every scene. The camera review evidence specifically flags low-light photography as a weakness.

What are the POCO X6 5G’s drawbacks?
Low-light photography is a weak point
Tech Advisor’s reviewer found low-light camera performance poor. The rear system also includes an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro camera; their listed resolutions are modest, and megapixel counts alone cannot establish image quality. If night shots are a priority, weigh the review finding rather than assuming the main camera’s 64MP specification or OIS makes the whole camera system a strong low-light choice.

It is worth considering if your priorities are a high-resolution 120Hz AMOLED display, capable everyday hardware, a large battery and fast charging—and if the price, warranty and regional configuration available to you are attractive.
