What is the Pixel Buds Pro 2 Prime Day price?
Deal reports published October 6, 2026, put the lowest cited Amazon price at $170.05 shipped for Porcelain, against a stated $229 list price. 9to5Toys reported $179 for the other colors. SoundGuys separately listed Olive at $179, $50 below its stated $229 recommended retail price, and said that offer required Prime. Is the discount a good reason to buy?
At the reported $170.05 Porcelain price, the saving from the stated $229 list price is substantial. At $179, the Olive report puts the saving at $50, while Google Store’s $189 offer saves $40 from its prior price. Whether any of these is worthwhile depends on whether the features suit you, not just on the percentage off.
- Compare the exact color: the lowest cited amount was attached to Porcelain, while the other Amazon colors were reported at $179.
- Check Prime eligibility: SoundGuys says Prime is required for its $179 Olive offer; the 9to5Toys report does not state a Prime requirement.
- Consider your noise-control needs: the buds offer active noise cancellation (ANC), Transparency mode, and Adaptive Audio.
- Check fit options: Google includes a twist-to-adjust stabilizer and multiple eartip sizes. That may help with adjustment, but it is not proof of comfort for every ear.
- Match the product to your phone: basic Bluetooth pairing works with iOS and other compatible devices, but full feature access depends on Android and a Google Account.
What features and battery life do you get?
Google lists Silent Seal 2.0 for ANC, Transparency mode, Adaptive Audio, Bluetooth 5.4, and an 11 mm driver. The earbuds are rated IP54 and the charging case IPX4. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent performance findings.

That is a manufacturer-reported design figure, not an independent comfort test. Google describes the fit adjustment this way: “Use the twist-to-adjust stabilizer to secure your Pixel Buds Pro 2 in your ear during workouts, or adjust the other way for all-day comfort.” Try the included tip sizes and stabilizer adjustment if fit is a concern.

- Hear and be heard with Clear Calling; it helps block background noise, so wind, external chatter, or other distractions in your environment won’t interrupt your conversations[2]
Will they work with an iPhone?
Yes, for basic Bluetooth audio pairing: Google’s specifications say the buds pair with Bluetooth 4.0 or newer devices, including iOS, tablets, and laptops. Google says full feature access requires a Google Account, a companion Android phone running Android 6.0 or newer, and an internet connection. An iPhone can pair with the earbuds, but that does not provide every Android-dependent feature.
