PHP hosting may be worth considering for a small site or application that fits its shared-hosting limits and benefits from managed PHP controls. The main trade-offs are a long upfront commitment, higher renewal rates, and plan-specific limits that need checking against your application. The prices below are from the provider’s US page as accessed on October 7, 2026; they are not universal or guaranteed to remain available.
What the 2026 US offer costs
The provider’s US PHP hosting page showed the following 48-month offers on October 7, 2026. The advertised monthly rate is the total term price divided by 48, and the full term is paid upfront.

| Plan | Displayed rate | 48-month upfront total | Renewal rate | Listed sites, storage, and backups |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single | $1.99/month | $95.52 | $8.99/month | 1 website; 10 GB SSD; weekly backups |
| Premium | $2.99/month | $143.52 | $10.99/month | 3 websites; 20 GB SSD; weekly backups |
| Unlimited | $3.99/month | $191.52 | $16.99/month | Unlimited websites; 50 GB NVMe; daily backups with restore |
These are dated US prices, not a promise of future availability. Before paying, check the checkout currency, term, taxes, included features, and renewal amount. The page also describes a 30-day money-back guarantee; read its terms and exclusions before relying on it.

The provider advertises PHP version control, extension management, Git integration for public repositories, HTTP/2, server-side caching, an optimized stack, a web application firewall (WAF), custom firewall rules, and support. These are provider descriptions, not independently tested results. The plan page lists weekly backups on the lower offers and daily backups with restore on Unlimited; confirm the recovery process and exact plan features before choosing.
The PHP page says SSH is included with Premium and Business PHP hosting plans, but also says shell access is limited and root access is not provided. The current offer cards use different plan names, so verify SSH availability for the exact offer you intend to buy.
Will your application fit the technical limits?
Published resource limits
The provider’s Help Center limits table, updated March 18, 2025, covers its Web hosting categories. It lists these memory and CPU values:
Rank #2
| Web plan category | RAM | PHP memory limit | CPU cores |
|---|---|---|---|
| Web Single | 768 MB | 1,024 MB | 1 |
| Web Premium | 1,024 MB | 1,536 MB | 1 |
| Web Business | 1,536 MB | 2,048 MB | 2 |
The table also specifies database and PHP execution constraints. The provider warns that exceeding plan resources can cause errors such as HTTP 503. These Web plan categories do not map transparently to the PHP page’s offer names, so check your exact plan and limits in hPanel rather than assuming the figures apply to a similarly named offer.
PHP versions, extensions, and configuration
The provider’s extension documentation lists SimpleXML, PHP SOAP, MCrypt, Zend OPcache, ionCube, and allow_url_fopen among the extensions or options enabled by default for Web and Cloud plans. It says dl() is off by default for security and legacy magic_quotes_gpc needs disabling through .htaccess. Requirements vary by application: compare your framework or CMS version, required extensions, and configuration settings with the live controls before migrating.
The provider’s PHP Help Center index documents how to change PHP versions, check PHP information and memory limits, change PHP parameters, and manage extensions. Documentation for these controls does not establish that every application will be compatible.
Who is it worth considering for?
A small site or beginner project
The service may suit a beginner or small project that needs a managed hosting account, a limited number of sites, and the documented PHP configuration tools. Compare the site count and storage you need with the offer, and decide whether the term and renewal cost fit your budget.
Rank #4
A multi-site project or shell workflow
Premium or higher tiers may be more suitable if you need multiple sites, SSH, additional storage, or different backup features. Availability depends on the exact plan, so confirm it before purchase. SSH is not a substitute for root access: if your deployment or software requires administrator-level server control, the stated lack of root access is a material constraint.
A demanding or custom workload
If your application needs a custom server stack, predictable high resource headroom, or capabilities beyond shared hosting, scrutinize the limits and compare other hosting types before committing. The published limits are more useful for checking compatibility than a plan name or low introductory rate.

How to decide before paying
- Count your sites. Match your current and planned website count to the offer, and check storage needs against the listed allowance.
- Calculate the real commitment. Compare the upfront term total and renewal rate with what you can afford; do not treat the divided monthly display as a month-to-month price.
- Check application requirements. Verify PHP version, extensions, configuration, memory, execution and database constraints, SSH needs, and whether root access is essential.
- Assess backup recovery. Confirm the backup schedule and how restore works for your plan, then judge whether that recovery point is adequate for your site.
- Evaluate evidence for your use case. Look for independent uptime and performance information relevant to your geography and workload rather than relying on feature or uptime-guarantee claims alone.
- Review your exit options. Check guarantee conditions and how you would export your files and databases if the service does not fit.
What can—and can’t—be established about performance
The available evidence for this review consists of the provider’s product and support documentation. It does not establish independently measured response times, load-test results, third-party comparative benchmarks, or an observed uptime history. The provider may advertise an uptime guarantee on plan pages, but a guarantee is not a measurement of actual uptime. Accordingly, there is no basis here to call the service fast, reliable, or better than competing hosts based on independent testing.
