The Philips 3000 Series Dual Basket Airfryer NA352/00 is a good fit if you often want a main and a side to finish together: its large and small drawers cook independently, and a sync function coordinates their finish times. The trade-off is a bulky footprint and capacity divided between two drawers, which may be less useful for one large batch. Independent testing found good temperature accuracy but also called out the appliance’s bulk and smudge-prone finish.
What the Philips NA352/00 is—and how its baskets work
This is Philips’ 3000 Series Dual Basket Airfryer, model NA352/00. Philips describes a larger drawer for mains and a smaller one for sides or single meals. The two cooking zones can be used independently, so you can set different food and cooking settings in each.

There are two useful controls for cooking across both drawers. Sync coordinates cooking times so dishes finish together; Copy applies the same time and temperature to both baskets. They solve different problems: use Sync when foods need different settings or durations, and Copy when you want the same settings in each. Capacity, dimensions and specifications
Philips’ UK leaflet, issued 24 January 2024, gives the NA352/00 a total capacity of 9 L and says it can hold up to 1.5 kg of Brussels sprouts. That is a manufacturer capacity example, not a promise that every food fits in the same quantity or cooks equally well. The 9 L is split between differently sized drawers, rather than offered as one uninterrupted cooking space.

Before choosing a spot for it, measure the counter area against the regional dimensions and allow for the space needed to pull out the drawers. An independent test also identifies bulk as a weakness, so the physical size is a practical consideration rather than a detail to leave until setup. Philips India specifications

Cooking controls and everyday usability
The touchscreen has eight presets listed in Philips’ 2024 UK leaflet: fresh fries, frozen fries, chicken, meat, vegetables, fish, cakes, and reheating. These are starting points; the leaflet does not establish that a preset will suit every portion size, ingredient, or preferred level of browning. Philips also says the baskets are dishwasher safe.
In its exact-model test, updated 10 October 2024, Les Numériques lists good temperature accuracy among the NA352/00’s strengths and reports that it did not need preheating in its test. The publication also describes the drawers as well-sized and the HomeID app as rich in features. These are findings and assessments from that test, not guarantees for every recipe or kitchen. What independent testing says about noise and drawbacks
Les Numériques measured less than 47 dB(A) at one metre while its test unit cooked at 200 °C. That is a measurement under a specific test condition, not a noise rating for every setting, food, distance, or room. The same test flags a smudge-prone finish alongside the appliance’s bulk, so buyers sensitive to fingerprints or short on counter space should take those observations into account.
Which? lists cooking chips, energy efficiency, and ease of use among its test categories for this model. Its accessible listing says the drawers can be used individually or set to the same time and temperature with Copy, but its full expert results are gated. How to interpret Philips’ fat and energy figures
Philips’ 2024 leaflet advertises “up to 90% less fat” and “up to 70%” energy savings. These are manufacturer claims, not general independent findings. The energy footnote describes testing on sausages in the left basket against traditional convection ovens, so the figure should not be read as a saving guaranteed for every food, appliance, or cooking routine. - Consider it if you regularly cook two parts of a meal at once and want to coordinate when they finish. The large-and-small drawer arrangement is designed around that use.
- Think carefully if you usually cook one large item or batch: the total capacity is divided between drawers, rather than forming one large basket.
- Check the fit first if counter space is limited, or if two equal-sized cooking zones matter more to you than a large-and-small arrangement.
- Check your local listing before buying for exact dimensions, electrical compatibility, warranty terms, stock, and current price. A current price comparison across markets is not established here.
For people whose routine matches the two-dish setup, the Philips 3000 Series Dual Basket Airfryer NA352/00 has a clear practical advantage: independent drawers with controls to coordinate their settings or finish time. Whether that convenience is worth its footprint depends on your counter space and how often you use both baskets.
