To finish the Panopticon Service Request in CONTROL Resonant, repair the security terminal with two power modules and a dish, enter D-04 for the radio cell marked B-02, then place the radio in the cell with system ID E-05—the one visibly marked A-01—while the New York World’s Fair broadcast is playing.
Start the request with Langston
Go to the FBC Field Office in Central and find Langston at the Field Panopticon. The map’s Important Person marker points to him. Speak with him and accept the Panopticon Service Request.

Repair and activate the security terminal
- Enter the Panopticon behind Langston’s station and interact with the terminal in the nearby alcove.
- Find the two missing power modules, also described as cubes, and place them in the rack sockets.
- Locate the satellite dish or antenna and attach it to the mount marked by a flashing red light.
- Return to the terminal and activate the system.
The red light identifies the antenna mount; use the game’s feedback to orient yourself if the surrounding cell locations are unclear.

The wall plates and the IDs expected by Langston’s system run in opposite directions. Use the system ID when entering a cell number or identifying the final destination.

Open the radio cell
Go to the cell whose wall plate reads B-02 and contact Langston. When it fails to open, use the reversed mapping: enter category D and number 04. That is the radio cell’s real/system ID.
Contain the radio during the correct broadcast
- Take the Altered Radio from the opened cell. It changes location and broadcast as you drop and pick it up.
- Cycle through the broadcasts until you hear the New York World’s Fair announcement.
- Carry the radio to system ID E-05. Its visible wall plate is A-01.
- Place the radio on the pedestal while that announcement is playing.
The quest-complete notification appears after successful containment.
