Gamers.Wiki’s October 2026 facility guide reports that the machine unlocks in Production Technology at level 74 and costs 3 Technology Points. The figures come from community-decoded PalDB v1.0.5 facility data, cross-checked against an older PalWorld Calc extraction; Pocketpair’s v1.0 release notes confirm that Ancient Civilization Relics can be converted with a special device, but do not name the Recycler or publish its recipe. The same facility guide lists a requirement of 800 electricity per second and Handiwork Lv. 1. Prepare power at the base and make a suitably skilled Pal available for the job. The guide also lists a structure workload of 10,000, but does not establish that as a per-relic processing time, so it cannot be used to calculate a cycle duration.

How to recycle an Ancient Relic
- Build the machine: Unlock it under Production Technology at level 74, then supply the listed construction materials.
- Provide power and work: Ensure the base can meet the reported electricity requirement and make a Pal with Handiwork Lv. 1 available.
- Load a relic: Place an accepted Ancient Relic in the Recycler and start the conversion using its current interface.
- Collect the return: Take the Mythical Wood and Paloxite after the conversion completes.

What each relic tier returns
Gamers.Wiki’s October 2026 guide lists five accepted relic tiers and the following guaranteed ranges for each conversion. The tiers use current names: Decayed, Dormant, Gorgeous, Glowing, and Glistening Ancient Relics.

The ranges are the dependable material return, not a promise of optional extras. The guide reports that higher tiers improve the chances of optional rewards, but those are separate random rolls and are not guaranteed. Its exact role in the Recycler is unresolved. The July how-to says to put World Tree Holy Water in the machine and observes that it remains in its slot without visibly draining. The newer facility guide says accounts differ on whether it is fuel, a speed boost, or consumed, and does not establish any of those effects. Do not count it as a required ingredient or expect a particular benefit based on those guides alone.
