The Motorola Edge 60 Pro is the stronger phone on the specifications reviewed: it has a sharper OLED display, a higher-tier processor, a more versatile rear-camera setup, a larger battery and wireless charging. The OPPO A3 Pro 5G is the lower-cost option at its June 2024 India launch, with expandable storage and a charger and case included. Their prices below are not same-day offers, so they do not establish today’s price difference.

The Edge 60 Pro has the clear specification advantage. Its listed 1220 × 2712 pOLED panel has substantially more pixels than the A3 Pro’s 720 × 1604 HD+ LCD, while both are listed at 120Hz. The shared refresh-rate figure does not make the displays equivalent: resolution and panel technology differ. These figures describe specifications, not independent assessments of brightness, color accuracy or outdoor visibility.

Performance and storage
The listed Dimensity 8350 Extreme gives the Motorola a higher-tier chipset than the A3 Pro’s Dimensity 6300, making the Edge 60 Pro the stronger choice on paper for demanding apps and games. No comparable independent performance test is established here, so this is not a measured speed claim.
The A3 Pro supports a storage card and is sold in 128GB and 256GB configurations in India. The cited Motorola US support specification lists 256GB built-in and does not list memory-card expansion. Confirm the Indian Motorola memory and RAM configuration when comparing specific listings.
Camera hardware: more options on Motorola
The A3 Pro pairs a 50MP main camera with a 2MP portrait/depth camera. The Edge 60 Pro adds a 50MP ultrawide and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, alongside a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization. Its listed front camera is 50MP, compared with 8MP on OPPO.
Rank #2
- Compatible with Oppo A3 Pro 5G
- Built-in magnets to support wireless charging and ensure secure attachment to car mounts.
- TPU + Rigid PC material: makes it more durable and enhances grip. Soft TPU bumper is easy to install and remove.
- Raised edges for added camera and screen protection.
- Precise charging cutouts fit volume buttons, side buttons, and device curves for easy access to all buttons, controls, and ports without removing the case.
Those specifications give Motorola more focal-length options, but megapixel counts and camera quantity do not establish which phone takes better photos. No comparable independent camera test is available here, so low-light performance, color processing, portrait quality and video results remain unranked.
Battery, charging and durability
Motorola lists a 6,000mAh battery, 90W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. OPPO lists 5,100mAh typical capacity (4,970mAh rated) and 45W SUPERVOOC wired charging. These are manufacturer specifications, not real-world battery-life results; capacity and charging rates alone cannot determine screen-on time or charging duration in everyday use.
The protection ratings also differ: OPPO’s India announcement gives the A3 Pro an IP54 rating, while Motorola’s US support page lists IP68 and IP69 for the Edge 60 Pro. Because Motorola’s detailed source is US-specific, verify the Indian model’s rating. An ingress-protection rating is not a reason to expose either phone carelessly to water.
Rank #3
- Compatible with Oppo A3 Pro 5G Phone Case Cover
- Phone Case with PC Back Panel + TPU Soft Frame + Foldable Stand Ring
- Built-in foldable stand ring for easy vertical and horizontal use. Compatible with magnetic car mounts.
- Dual-layer TPU + PU material offers comfortable, non-slip grip. Corner airbag design provides drop protection to safeguard your device.
- Raised edges around the screen and rear camera keep these components elevated, effectively preventing scratches.
OPPO says its laboratory testing found over 80% battery capacity remaining after 1,600 charge cycles, which it equates to more than four years at roughly one charge per day. It also claims 450 rotations in a tumble-drum test and a 200% increase in protection with the included case. These are OPPO claims about its own test conditions, not independent comparative results.

India price difference: compare current, like-for-like offers
OPPO announced India launch prices of ₹17,999 for 128GB and ₹19,999 for 256GB on 21 June 2024. Motorola’s India product page displayed ₹33,999 against an MRP of ₹40,999 and showed the phone out of stock when checked on 5 October 2026. The first figures are historical launch prices; the Motorola page observation is a dated, volatile listing rather than a promise of current stock or sale price. Subtracting them would not produce a reliable current price difference.
Before deciding which is better value, compare listings on the same date and in the same country. Match storage and RAM, confirm stock and seller, and check warranty and the exact regional model. Aggregator and marketplace prices can change or reflect reseller listings; OPPO’s launch channels do not establish current availability.

Regional and software checks before buying
OPPO identifies its India A3 Pro 5G as model CPH2665, with 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage. The Motorola details above come from a US support page that lists 8GB or 12GB RAM, 256GB built-in storage, IP68/IP69 and 15W wireless charging. Check Motorola’s exact Indian SKU for memory, radios, charging, protection rating, included charger and warranty.
Motorola’s cited US support page states “3 OS + 4 Years SMR” for software support. Confirm that commitment for the Indian model before treating it as applicable locally. OPPO’s cited sources do not establish a comparable software-support commitment, so this comparison cannot rank the brands’ update periods.
