Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsOn the listed specifications, the OnePlus Nord 6 has the higher-tier chipset, faster stated refresh rate and larger battery capacity; the Nothing Phone (4b) is less expensive in the cited India prices. That does not establish which is better in everyday use: the available sources do not provide matched independent tests of gaming, battery runtime or camera quality. Compare the exact storage variant and current price before choosing.
OnePlus Nord 6 vs Nothing Phone (4b): at a glance
This comparison is India-focused because the available official prices and retailer snapshots are for India. The chipset, refresh-rate and battery figures below come from a third-party specification comparison, rather than a matched review or test.

Price difference in India
Prices vary by source, storage configuration, seller and offer eligibility. Nothing’s official community release information gives list and offer prices for two Phone (4b) configurations; a separate 91mobiles page displayed retailer prices when accessed on October 5, 2026. The Nord 6 storage tier corresponding to that retailer quote was not established, so it should not be treated as a like-for-like price comparison.

The Flipkart figures are dated listing snapshots and may no longer be available.
Performance: stronger listed chipset, but no matched test
91mobiles lists the Nord 6 with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and the Phone (4b) with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4. On that specification alone, the Nord 6 is positioned with the higher-tier chipset. It is not a benchmark result, and it cannot show how either phone performs after prolonged gaming or under heat.

OnePlus describes proprietary gaming tests for the Nord 6, with conditions including a 12GB variant, controlled ambient temperature, specified game settings, brightness, volume and game mode. Those are manufacturer test conditions, not independent Nord-versus-Nothing results; OnePlus also notes actual network and battery results vary. The available sources do not establish comparative sustained gaming or thermal performance.
Display and battery: compare claims, not outcomes
The third-party comparison lists a 165 Hz refresh rate and 9,000 mAh battery for the Nord 6, versus 120 Hz and 6,000 mAh for the Phone (4b). Nothing separately describes its display as a 6.77-inch 120 Hz Super AMOLED panel. Refresh rate and capacity are specifications: they do not by themselves establish perceived smoothness, brightness, endurance, charging time or how long a charge lasts in comparable use.

- 6.78 inches, AMOLED, 1B colors, 1272 x 2772 pixels
- 256GB Storage, 8GB RAM
- Android 16, Qualcomm SM7635-AC Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 (4 nm), Octa-core (1x2.7 GHz Cortex-A720 & 3x2.4 GHz Cortex-A720 & 4x1.8 GHz Cortex-A520)

No matched independent battery-runtime test is established by the available sources. If battery life is decisive, look for reviews that test both phones under the same conditions rather than choosing on mAh figures alone.
Cameras: the available specs do not name a winner
Nothing advertises a 50 MP main camera and 4K video recording for the Phone (4b). Megapixels and recording resolution do not determine photo quality, low-light results, stabilization or video consistency. The cited material does not provide comparable camera samples or an independent head-to-head camera assessment, so it cannot support a camera winner.

Software support and durability claims
OnePlus says the Nord 6 is eligible for 4 Android OS updates and 6 years of security updates via OTA on its official product page. Nothing’s Phone (4b) release information says it launches with Nothing OS 4.1 powered by Android 16, with 3 years of Android OS updates and 6 years of security patches. Nothing calls this “the longest software support in its segment”; that is the company’s own claim, not an independently verified comparison.

OnePlus cautions that the Nord 6 is not designed for professional diving, that water resistance applies to fresh water under normal use, and that resistance may diminish over time. It should not be described as waterproof.
Quick Recap
Which one should you choose?
Choose the OnePlus Nord 6 if
- You prioritize the higher-tier chipset listed in the comparison.
- You value the Nord 6’s stated 165 Hz refresh rate and larger listed battery capacity, while recognizing these do not prove better everyday results.
- The current price for your exact storage variant fits your budget.
Choose the Nothing Phone (4b) if
- You want the lower official India list price among the figures cited here, particularly for the 8GB/128GB configuration.
- You prefer its stated 6.77-inch 120 Hz Super AMOLED display or want its advertised 50 MP main camera and 4K video features.
- You are comfortable with the support policy Nothing states: 3 years of Android OS updates and 6 years of security patches.
Before paying
- Confirm the RAM and storage configuration for both phones; do not compare a lower-capacity model with a higher-capacity price listing.
- Check the live price from the seller you plan to use, including bank discounts, exchange eligibility, delivery and final checkout total.
- If gaming, battery endurance or camera results matter most, consult independent reviews that test both phones comparably; the specifications and brand claims cited here do not settle those questions.
