The OnePlus Nord 6 has the stronger listed processor, larger battery and faster-refreshing screen; the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro offers a more flexible rear-camera system with a dedicated periscope telephoto lens. That makes the choice less about a single winner and more about priorities. The available price listings are regional snapshots and, in India, refer to different storage capacities, so they do not establish a like-for-like value winner.
How the specifications compare
The figures below are listed by 91mobiles for the comparison. They are secondary-source specifications, not manufacturer-confirmed specifications in the available evidence. A specification advantage does not by itself prove better day-to-day performance, image quality or battery life.

Which phone has the performance and display advantage?
Processor
The listed Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 gives the Nord 6 the paper-spec advantage over the Phone (4a) Pro’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. Gadgets 360 also reports this chipset distinction. Neither comparison establishes how much faster one phone feels in particular apps or games; that depends on testing and use conditions.
Screen
The Nothing is listed with a slightly larger display at 6.83 inches, while the Nord 6 has the higher listed refresh rate at 165Hz versus 144Hz. Both are described as AMOLED. These figures alone do not establish which screen looks better, and exact panel and resolution specifications should be confirmed with manufacturer information before relying on them.

Which has the more useful camera setup?
The Nothing Phone (4a) Pro is the more versatile option on paper. Its listed rear cameras include a dedicated 50MP periscope telephoto lens with up to 3.5x optical zoom, alongside main and ultrawide cameras. The Nord 6 is listed with a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide, without a dedicated telephoto lens in the comparison.
Nothing’s US product page advertises a three-camera system with a Sony sensor and “140x ultra zoom.” That is a vendor claim; the advertised maximum zoom is not the same as 3.5x optical zoom, and it should not be read as evidence of equivalent detail at that range. Camera specifications do not settle image quality, which requires comparable real-world testing.
Battery capacity and charging
91mobiles lists a 9000mAh battery and 80W wired charging for the Nord 6, compared with 5400mAh and 50W for the Nothing. Those specifications favor the Nord 6 for listed capacity and charging wattage, but capacity does not translate directly into a guaranteed number of hours: screen use, network conditions, software and other factors affect endurance.
91mobiles reports PCMark battery-test results of 20 hours 46 minutes for the Nord 6 and 13 hours 49 minutes for the Nothing. These are results from that publication’s test, not a general prediction of how long either phone will last for every owner; the available account does not provide enough method detail to treat them as broadly representative.

What are the listed prices, and are they comparable?
| Region and source | OnePlus Nord 6 | Nothing Phone (4a) Pro | What the listing establishes |
|---|---|---|---|
| India, 91mobiles snapshot | ₹46,999; 256GB in the comparison summary | ₹46,210; 128GB in the comparison summary | The Nord 6 is listed ₹789 higher, but the summarized storage capacities differ. |
| United States, Nothing official store page | $419 for selected 8GB + 128GB; page also displayed $499 as a prior price | A page-visible Nothing price for the selected configuration; it is not a Nord 6 comparison. | |
| United Kingdom, Nothing official store page | £519 for selected 8GB + 128GB | A page-visible Nothing price for the selected configuration; it is not a Nord 6 comparison. |
The India figures are a snapshot from a comparison listing, not a manufacturer-confirmed Nord 6 price. Prices, offers and stock can change, and a 256GB listing should not be compared as if it were the same configuration as a 128GB listing. Nothing’s US and UK prices are from different regional store pages and cannot be compared directly with each other or with the India figures. No official OnePlus Nord 6 launch price or current official Nord 6 page was established in the available source material.
Software support and design
91mobiles reports Android 16 on both phones, with four years of OS updates for the Nord 6 and three years for the Nothing; it lists six years of security updates for each. These durations are secondary-source reports, so check the manufacturers’ current support policies before treating them as formal commitments.
The phones also have distinct software identities: the Nord 6 is listed with OxygenOS, while the Phone (4a) Pro uses Nothing OS and has Nothing’s distinctive camera and Glyph styling. Those are preference-based differences rather than objective measures of quality.
Which one should you choose?
Choose the OnePlus Nord 6 if
- The listed Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor is your priority.
- You value the higher listed battery capacity and wired charging wattage.
- You want the higher listed display refresh rate.
Choose the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro if
- You want a dedicated telephoto camera and the listed 3.5x optical zoom.
- You prefer Nothing OS, its design identity or its Glyph styling.
- You want to buy through a Nothing regional store where the phone is listed for sale.
For a value decision, compare current prices for the same RAM and storage capacity in your country. The listed India prices do not show a like-for-like comparison, and the available evidence does not establish a definitive price winner.
